Μείνετε με όλη την οικογένεια σε αυτό το υπέροχο κατάλυμα με πολύ χώρο για στιγμές χαράς. Η μονοκατοικία βρίσκεται σε μια ήρεμη περιοχή του χωριού χωρίς θόρυβο όπου είναι εύκολα προσβάσιμη και αρκετά κοντά στον περιφερειακό δρόμο. Το χωρίο Παναγιούδα έχει ότι χρειάζεται κανείς. Βενζινάδικα, μίνι μάρκετ, κρεοπωλείο, φούρνοι, ταβέρνες, καφετέριες, πιτσαρία, σουβλατζίδικο το καθιστούν ένα μοναδικό χωριό που δεν έχει να ζηλέψει τίποτα. Η πόλη της Μυτιλήνης είναι μόλις 6 χιλίομετρα μακριά.
