Kendi müstakil evimizinde içinde bulunduğu etrafı çevrili bahçe içerisinde bulunan misafir evimiz Assos sivricede(sokakağzı sahili)denize 200 metre uzaklıkta ,zeytin ağaçlarının arasında bulunmaktadır. Bahçe ortak alandır ama misafir evimiz kendi evimizden bağımsızdır ve oturma alanları da ayrıdır. İçerisinde 1 adet çift kişilik yatak ,mutfak(malzemelerle),banyo ,mini buzdolabı ,yatak olabilen tek kişilik koltuk ve televizyon mevcuttur. Bahçede kedi ve köpek olmak üzere patili dostlarımız var.
