Βρίσκεται στη Βαρειά, ένα καταπράσινο προάστιο της Μυτιλήνης, μόλις 3 Km από το κέντρο της πόλης, 2 Km από το αεροδρόμιο και πολύ κοντά στο Πανεπιστήμιο. Το σπίτι προορίζεται για φιλοξενία 2 ατόμων, υπάρχει όμως δυνατότητα και για τρίτο άτομο με μια μικρή επιβάρυνση.
