Modern apartment between Düsseldorf and Cologne

You would live in the small village called “Meigen”. It is very close to the city centre of Solingen. The drive to the city centre is about 5 min. with the car and 10 with the bus. You can park your car almost in front of the apartment. The train station „SG-Mitte“ is also very close. By foot you will need around 20 minutes, with the car only 5 minutes. If you want to ride to Düsseldorf or Cologne you can easily take the train (30-40 min.) or your car (same time), perfect for fairgoers.

Auf 10 m2 finden Sie ein schönes Badezimmer, eine kleine Küche mit Ess-/Arbeisplatz und ein Hochbett mit Platz für 1-2 Personen. Das Appartment bietet leider nicht sehr viel Tageslicht. Es eignet sich daher eher für Tagesausflügler oder Messebesucher. Bis zum Hbf Solingen sind es 3 Gehminuten. Von hieraus fahren Sie, ohne umzusteigen, in 17 Minuten bis zur Haltestelle „Messe/Deutz“. Die Anbindung nach Düsseldorf und die bergischen Städte Wuppertal und Remscheid, ist ebenfalls sehr gut.

Located between Cologne and Düsseldorf, with very good connections to both cities. Cologne trade fair/Lanxess Arena. All stores for daily needs are within walking distance. The freeways A1, A3, A59 as well as public transport are in the immediate vicinity. Fitness studios such as "McFit, Fitklusiv and Flexx Fitness can be found within a radius of about 1.5 KM. The apartment is located in the house where there is also a restaurant. This is not open daily as it is an event location.

It's on the bottom floor of a quiet apartment building. 5 minutes by car to the highway 15 minutes walk to the stop of the S4 (without changing to the Cologne Fair and to the big Cologne Christmas markets) You need a shuttle service from the airport or train?
