Beautiful view and right next to Farragona water/boat taxi. The hostess was wonderful- flexible with our check-in/out. Easy to communicate. The apartment is spacious and clean. We always felt safe. It is a more quiet area and that was just what I was hoping - peaceful and relaxing.

Beautiful, cozy, and charming place. You feel at home. The hosts are here to help. Dog people are very quiet. They won't come to you unless you want to. They can't get into the house. If you are afraid of dog, they would keep your distance; if you love to play with dog, they would be friends with you.

Elisa was an amazing host. Very responsive, the communication was incredible. The check in went smooth. The place was pristine. Everything was clean and the home is very comfy. It is a great place to relax and get away from the routine. I recommend this place!!

(Tip: Line 7 to go to Venice and back, or 7E) Remember to take your bus ticket at the airport or train station, for the next day's journey. Pizzeria right next to the accommodation. We stayed 2 nights and everything was really perfect. Giuseppe is a wonderful, friendly and easy-going person, he directed us on how to get around and where to eat. The area is really very quiet and peaceful, and just 15 minutes by car you are in Jesolo and Lido di Jesolo. I highly recommend this accommodation if you want to spend days in total relaxation and tranquility ☺️

Nicola, the host, was very helpful. He met us personally at his apartment and explained everything clearly. He even helped us book a taxi at 5 AM to the Venice Mestre train station. The apartment was nice, and we really enjoyed our stay. The bus and tram stations are just a few minutes’ walk away. Highly recommended!

The apartment was super clean. Well decorated and every detail thought out. The private garden around made it very peaceful and comfortable. The view to the ocean was so nice. This place was even more than we could expect. Location is perfect. We loved the Murano Island, sunny and empty streets in the evenings.

It was simply enchanting in every way. We were able to spend an unforgettable time, one would certainly endure it even longer. Fantastic location right by the sea, terrace invites you to linger. Mega roof terrace. Full equipment and there is absolutely nothing missing.

Andrea is truly an exceptional host. During my stay, she made me feel incredibly comfortable and at ease. Since it was a last-minute booking, I was worried there might be issues, but Andrea reassured me without hesitation and even came to pick me up. She is warm-hearted, kind, and gentle — such a lovely person. The room was absolutely beautiful — even more stunning and cozy than the photos. It had everything I needed and was perfectly equipped. The apartment corresponded 100% to the photos and the description. Giorgio and Elisabetta were extremely accommodatingly nice and gave many great tips (even for bad weather :-) ). We felt completely welcome and comfortable. The location to the beach (a few meters) is great.

I would give this place a 6 out of 5 if I could! This place is the best we stayed in during our Italy visit. It has a stunning canal overview and is located in a more peaceful and less crowded part of Venice, but still offers access to the touristy areas. The interior is amazing: very comfortable with all amenities. The hosts, Nicolo and Anna, had kindly prepared a variety of snacks and drinks upon our arrival. At some point they went out of their way to travel from out of town to give us a spare key when we were locked out. I'd love to come back to the same place whenever I visit Venice in the future.

We stayed for 2 nights, I would say it was nice. Easy to get around without using the car. The place is perfect, very close to the beach. The apartment is very nice and well-kept, also clean. The host Sara is always available, nice and we had no problems. We would perhaps return in August. It was fantastic!

Everything wonderful and great location! The private beach is an absolute bonus! Germania was always available and always responded. All without problems, we would come back! Thank you. The apartment is impeccably clean, decorated with a lot of love, and took care of every detail. It is equipped to the smallest detail. You will not miss anything during your stay. The apartment has everything and shows that a lot of money and love has been invested to make guests feel at home and better. The location is great for touring the region. There are great restaurants, coffee shops and ice cream parlors in that little town and there is an Outlet with great prices and a huge selection. Don't forget to sign up at the Info desk for an additional 10%discount. Venice is a 30-minute drive away (watch out for cameras and speed limit) and can be taken by train. The only opsaka is the cafe that is right under the appartment and there is very loud music late into the night which can be a nuisance in the summer when the windows are open to people looking for peace. The apartment has definitely exceeded my expectations and I would be happy to return

We had a wonderful stay with our two daughters (4 & 5 years old). We will be happy to come back.

We booked because another guest's review said "just go for it" and I would offer the same advice to others. We had a great time enjoying coffee & wine on the terrace while watching boat traffic on the Grand Canal. Although there are Vaporetto stops nearby, we walked almost everywhere we went and it was great to explore the neighborhood. For a quiet night in, stop by Fried Land (just around the corner) for excellent take-out pasta.

The entire building as well as the apartment look very modern and high-quality. We felt completely comfortable in the apartment. Especially the beautiful, well-equipped kitchen made cooking a pleasure. A real highlight was the spacious balcony with a comfortable seating area, ideal for enjoying the evening with a glass of wine. The facility left nothing to be desired. Since the cleanliness on the beach unfortunately did not convince us, we were all the more grateful for the well-maintained pool and whirlpool area, which we used extensively. The pools were always clean and offered a great alternative to the beach. Overall, it was a very nice stay, which we would gladly recommend. Thank you, Matteo!
