Welcome to the banks of the Loire! We welcome you to a renovated 65 m2 cottage (4/6 people) located in the center of the village of Champtoceaux – Orée d'Anjou, close to all amenities, and 30 km east of Nantes. You will stay in one of the oldest buildings in the village, in a completely renovated place that has retained its character. Pass by the viewpoint on the Loire and in the park opposite the cottage, before setting off to discover this multifaceted region! See you soon.

Notre maison est située à la campagne sans vis à vis , proche des commerces a seulement 2 mn en voiture. Situé a seulement 25 mn de Nantes, 50 mn d'Angers . Il est a 24 mn en voiture d'Ancenis (GARE SNCF) A 10 mn en voiture de Nort sur Erdre.Gare tram train , 5 mn de Petit Mars. Il se situe à 5 mn de Les Touches 44390

Studio on the banks of the Loire

In a 20 m2 home, we offer a bedroom (mezzanine bed) with bathroom and a kitchenette. Our house is on the banks of the Loire with quick access to a pedestrian path. Close to Mauves train station (4 km), 15 minutes by car from Nantes. There is no parking in front of the house but possibility for a car at 50 m and in the adjoining streets for a bigger vehicle. The street is very transient and requires vigilance when walking.
