Newly renovated furnished apartment in a fantastic quiet location directly on the hiking trail in the Bergisches Land. Very good connection to Cologne and Bergisch Gladbach by bus/train (every 20 minutes) or by car (about 20 minutes' drive). Shopping, gastronomy and cultural offers are quickly accessible on foot or by car. The Kletterwald K1 climbing forest is within walking distance. Fully equipped kitchen, bedroom, living room, hallway and bathroom with walk-in shower.

From up here you can't see Cologne Cathedral, but at least the Siebengebirge. The proximity to Cologne makes our village particularly attractive, as the city is only 30 km away.

The apartment is located in the Königswinter mountain area at the foot of the Ölberg and is the perfect starting point for hikes. It is ideal for a small family, hikers or cyclists. There are a variety of excursions to the nearby or more distant surroundings.

You'll love my place because of the coziness, a comfortable bed, a full kitchen and our garden. From the balcony you can see the setting sun very nicely. The place is good for couples, business travelers and all those looking for peace and nature.

In front of the apartment is a large carport with terrace (garden furniture for 6 people).
