The apartment was built about 12 years ago as an extension to the existing building. The spacious bright dining and living area with open kitchen is the heart of the apartment. The roof terrace (about 10 square meters with an automatic awning) offers sun from morning to evening. Two bathrooms and a separate bedroom complete the apartment.

The 20sqm roof terrace has an unobstructed view to the west and east. The house, built in 1893, is located in a quiet residential area. Only about 6 minutes walk from the Rhine and the train station (Cologne/Koblenz). A tram station to Bonn, Siegburg and Bad Honnef and the pedestrian zone with a bakery, groceries and restaurants is about a 7-minute walk.

On weekends they are still - then you can watch deer or even a fox there. The apartment is located in the former engine shed of the train station and is stylishly/individually and comfortably furnished. It is now available for the first time after complete renovation of the building.

Gegenüber Siebengebirge, Nähe Schloss Drachenburg (bekannt als Drehort von Babylon Berlin) und Drachenfels, hoher Freizeitwert. Verkehrsgünstig gelegen: Regional- Bahnhof Mehlem -Lannesdorf ca. 10min zu Fuß, Bushaltestelle nach Godesberg oder Bonn Zentrum ca. 250m. Der Preis enthält die von der Stadt Bonn mit 7% (immer teurer...) geforderte Beherbergungsabgabe = Tourismussteuer.

Small apartment in the middle of Linz

From this centrally located accommodation you can quickly reach all the important places. Whether directly to Wadern, the city center or on the Rhine. You will feel comfortable in the small apartment. You share the courtyard with us and still have the opportunity to grill or simply relax. Up to two children can sleep on the sofa (for an extra charge). For four adults, it would probably be too cramped for several nights, as it is a large living and sleeping area.

Beautiful, newly renovated guest house with approx. 50 square meters in the heart of Rhöndorf. With its own small garden, covered seating and private entrance. Rhöndorf, located at the foot of the scenic, legendary Drachenfels in the Siebengebirge, is a picturesque place on the Rhine and is 15 km south of Bonn. From here you can perfectly explore the near and far surroundings of the region or simply hike a few stages of the Rheinsteig, which passes Rhöndorf.

The apartment is in the immediate vicinity of the university hospital and is the ideal retreat for those accompanying or visiting relatives. Of course, other guests are also very welcome! The Kottenforst Nature Reserve is within walking distance and invites you to take walks and bike tours. The apartment is well connected. The city center can be reached in about 15 minutes. Cooking is not allowed in the apartment, but restaurants and the cafeteria are nearby.

Time living in Linz am Rhein

The beautiful new building apartment (53m²) on the ground floor is within walking distance of the old town of Linz. It has two rooms with box spring bed in the bedroom and sofa bed in the living room. A small balcony and car parking space is present. The kitchen has a stove with an oven, mini fridge, coffee maker and kettle. The living room is equipped with a cable TV. Bed linen and towels are provided.
