Our modern apartment has a very central location. In a few minutes you can reach the city center or shops serving everyday needs as well as the train station. The apartment has about 90m² of a kitchen, a dining area, a spacious living room as well as a bedroom and a bathroom with rain shower and freestanding bathtub. The garden invites you to sunbathe and relax. The fireplace is out of order, but it is nice and warm due to the underfloor heating.

Small apartment in the middle of Linz

From this centrally located home, you can quickly get to all the important places. Whether directly to the Wadern, downtown or on the Rhine. You will feel comfortable in the small in-law. You share the farm with us and still have the opportunity to grill or just relax. Up to two children (for extra charge) can stay on the sofa. For four adults it would probably be too tight for several nights as it is a large living and sleeping area.

The beautiful new building apartment (53m²) on the ground floor is within walking distance of the old town of Linz. It has two rooms with box spring bed in the bedroom and sofa bed in the living room. A small balcony and car parking space is present. The kitchen has a stove with an oven, mini fridge, coffee maker and kettle. The living room is equipped with a cable TV. Bed linen and towels are provided.
