The city center, spa park, train station,... are within walking distance. Close to the house is also a stop of the city bus for remote city areas. Despite the proximity to the city and the moderately busy Mühlenstraße, the first-floor apartment (70 square meters) can be described as quiet, which is additionally ensured by the high-quality sound-insulated windows.

Relaxation and recreation in the middle of nature in a lovingly restored construction trailer on a beautiful farm with many animals and great excursion opportunities. By arrangement, dogs are allowed if they are compatible with all animals and do not hunt. (To protect our animals). You are welcome to use our construction trailer as a hiking riding station/riding vacation and can bring your ponies/horses. A separate meadow/paddock incl. Shelter/riding arena/great riding area is available.

The apartment is located on the edge of the forest next to a horse paddock. The hiking trails can be reached in a few seconds. Location is very quiet.

On the upper floor there are 3 bedrooms, each with a double bed, where you can relax very well. In the annex, in the passageway, there is a bicycle storage area and a laundry room. Another adjoining room with a sauna with infrared, sports equipment and patio with lounge corner and an outdoor shower (not in winter) round off the vacation home for relaxation.

Dishes, cutlery and pots are available for 2 people.
