Der Ort selbst ist sehr ruhig, außer der Kirche, die sehr nahe ist, nur zwei Häuser entfernt, und die Glocken alle 15 Minuten läuten, auch nachts, wie in vielen kleinen Dörfern in unserer Region. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, Parkplatz ist vorhanden. Spaziergänge sind im nahen Wald möglich. Gleichzeitig sind aber diverse Geschäfte in Fußnähe, z. B. Bäckerei, dm-Drogerie, Penny ,ALDI, Kaufland, Apotheke und Rewe, ebenso ein großer Bio-Laden. Vor dem Haus befindet sich die Haltestelle für den Stadtbus. Auch ist der Bahnhof Mosbach-West fußgängig zu erreichen.
