Caterina's villa is really perfect for a vacation in Tropea and Capo Vaticano. The apartment is a 10-minute walk from the beautiful bay of Reaci. The apartment is equipped with everything and has a nice outdoor space where you can sunbathe or eat. Absolutely recommended!

The apartment is very well located in the heart of Tropea’s old town, with the most beautiful sea-view. There are several very good restaurants nearby. It was quite hot and there was only one fan. Would have been nice to have had a second one, especially at night. Other than that, we can highly recommend this spacious and very well equipped apartment. Massimo was more than helpful with everything. He gave us many good recommendations where to eat, grocery shopping, etc.

This was an exceptional stay in Calabria for me and my family. The villa is exactly as it seems. It is likely the nicest AirBNB that one will ever find in Calabria. The staff is exceptionally helpful. Rino & Caterina were available 24/7 to help us, we had daily cleaning service, and Gianni was our driver at a moment's notice anywhere we wanted to go, from Soverato to Tropea. We had a birthday party for 50 of our extended cousins and it worked out perfectly. The extra costs we paid (use of the van, daily cleaning, driving, and pool heating) were extremely fair and reasonable. Biggest tips -- have the pool heated even in June, and have the ladies come for daily cleaning - truly made it feel like a 5 star resort. Davide deserves tremendous credit for building such a special place in such a beautiful place in Calabria.

A cozy, comfortable and functional accommodation, a step away from the beautiful sea of Calabria (both free beach and establishment). Giuseppina is a helpful and friendly host, she responds quickly and gave us great tips for visiting local places. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back!

Fantastic location, beautiful virtually private beach on the doorstep. A short drive from Tropea and local shops and restaurants. simple clean well equipes no frills accomodation.

Adriano's apartment is already overwhelmed by its location: views of the isola madre from the bedroom, beautiful terrace overlooking the end of the two beaches, beautiful sunsets...Sometimes we had to tear ourselves away to go to the town or to the beach. In the apartment we had everything we needed. Adriano was super nice: since our train was delayed, he picked us up directly at the station and carried me down the heavy suitcase to the apartment. Otherwise, I received an immediate response if I had any questions and he booked the taxi for us. We highly recommend the apartment and Adriano's kindness!

Wonderful location - private, serene, and gorgeous. Philip and Antonia were lovely hosts, they took care to provide lots of recommendations and explain the house. The house itself is beautiful and had all the necessities for us to stay in and cook for the week, especially using the sweet local red onions! The view is incredible and the private beach was our daily exercise - we loved it! We'll be back!

Francesco is a great host. Present and thoughtful. The villa is simply a charm. Cleanliness, location, decor... everything exceptional! The view is also the distinctive element with wonderful views of the calanques and the Ionian that morning and evening awaits you just to be seen in the silence and peace that this place knows how to transmit to the end. The beautiful, panoramic pool immersed in a well-kept garden in every detail is a plus for those with children even if the Calabrian sea is in itself a natural pool and it is impossible to resist its wild beaches bathed by an unparalleled sea. Beautiful cottage in a quiet location. Beautiful outdoor areas for sitting, lying down and lingering. Pool nice and large and well maintained. Beach just a few steps from the front door. All in all, we had a very nice stay in this house. Our host Vincenzo was always available and gave us great service. Thank you 👍🏻

The perfect location to be close to Tropea but also have privacy and peace. Luisa was very kind and was always available to answer our questions. The appartment was very clean and had everything we needed, the parking space was also very appreciated. Highly recommend staying here if you want to be in a peaceful space while also being close to the beaches.

This place is a gem!!! Includes an adorable home with multiple outdoor dining areas, pool (shared between a couple of villas), and a stunning private beach (down 400 steps but well worth it!). Our mixed age group (2 year old, 92 year old and 3 adults) absolutely loved it! Was a beautiful escape and felt like we were getting a taste of the region. We loved spending time at the pool and cooking in the kitchen. For those who may have trouble with stairs - one bedroom is ground floor, two are upstairs. It is only a few minutes drive from some great restaurants, and 20 minute drive to Tropea. Definitely recommend having a car if you stay here.

Highly recommended for people who expect privacy. It’s a modest but Clean and comfortable apartment. All things in descrption were found inside although it takes a bit time to guess for example how to turn on THE washing machine ,THE oven or warm Water. Instructions from Valentina are however clean. You can chill outside with beautiful view of perfectly maintained garden and sea view . THE biggest plus is also Access to beautiful pool, water is clean and its pretty big, circa 18 metres of length. Valentina is very caring person and despite not being present in Calabria , she gives all details about check in, house rules , places to visit, where to eat or buy local cheese. That was very helpful for us and I’m sure without her tips we would be unaware of many things around.

Very nice apartment in Villa del Conte - what a view🤩. Beautifully high with a view of the sea and Tropea. Tropea is very easily accessible at a short distance - a car is necessary. Various beautiful seats on the grounds, all with beautiful views. The swimming pool is also in a wonderful location. The facilities are sufficient, including a place where you can enjoy BBQing. In short, a very nice apartment in a wonderful location. Recommended - yes !!

Beautiful contemporary renovated, quiet, clean and spacious apartment (small bathroom) in an old building in the old town, within walking distance and not far from the piazza, restaurants and the beaches. Free parking (Parcheggio Pitaro) about 5 min walk to the apartment, on weekends only drive via the Contrada da la Parrera, as the direct entrance was closed. Warm welcome from Rina and the communication with Giulia was very good. Small balcony with a wonderful view, we felt comfortable immediately. The furnishings are stylish, simple, and completely sufficient. In Pizzo, there was something new to discover every day and it is an ideal location for further sightseeing in Calabria. We can recommend the apartment. Many thanks to Giulia and Rina.

Andrea and his family are very helpful and the communication was very good! The facility is simple, but functional and quite in accordance with the description and pictures. The location and the view are truly exceptional!!! Actually, you hardly have to leave the accommodation, because the sea is literally at your feet. For us, a very relaxing and beautiful short break. Quiet place, house as pictured with everything you need, there is also a dishwasher, air conditioning for a totally relaxing vacation, close to TOP restaurants if you want fun evenings, just go to SOVERATO....in 15 minutes by car there is all the fun you want, beautiful promenade, but if you are looking for tranquility... peace and beautiful sea, I recommend... Isabella's house is a guarantee, thanks for everything we will definitely come back..

Very nice house with everything you need. Just a few minutes' walk from the beach and a supermarket. The communication with Leo was great, he answered directly and took care of our concerns.

Apartment is nicely furnished and spread over two floors with two bathrooms. On the ground floor is a double bedroom and a small bedroom with a bed with the possibility to set up a bunk bed. The kitchen is sufficiently furnished. A washing machine is provided, Wi-Fi is not provided. The apartment is centrally located on a small side street. The train station is not far away. However, the train traffic is not disruptive. You can hear the occasional train announcements from the train station. Overall, the stay was pleasant. Communication with the host was quick and straightforward.
