Village house renovated in 2019 by a renowned architect, ideally located in the village of La Flotte. The house offers a beautiful living room with fully equipped open kitchen, a very pleasant terrace facing south and a high ceiling in the rooms with a clear view. The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a heated swimming pool during the summer (from May until the end of September). Please note that the price does not include rental for towels/bedsheets/linen and local taxes will apply.

The house , completely renovated ( July 2019 ) consists of a large living room on the ground floor overlooking a sunny courtyard. Also, 3 independent bedrooms upstairs. Our house is warm, functional, with a small garden. It is located in Sainte-Marie-de-Ré, in a typical alley of Ile de Ré, 500 m from the beach and 200 m from Place d'Antioche (where you will find all the shops: bakery, butcher, tobacco-press, restaurant, bike rentals...). This house can only accommodate 4 people. It consists of a beautiful living room, equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, separate toilet. The garden is lovely.

The large house and its outbuilding are warm, pleasant and functional. The biggest is our year-round home so everything is so cozy. Last winter, we did work that further improved life in the house (change of all door frames, galandage bay, organic climatic pergola, outdoor kitchen... A 10mx4m heated swimming pool was recently built. My all in a large flowered garden.
