Rest in this very quiet neighborhood.

Design house 20 mn from the ocean

Beautiful village house, ideally situated: You'll only need 20mn to reach the beautiful Vendean beaches and their great surfing spots, and you will sit right at the boarder of the Marais Poitevin. 1h from Nantes and La Rochelle, 40mn from Les Sables d'Olonne. All amenities (big supermarket, doctors, pharmacies...) available in Luçon, 5mn by car. With 4 bedrooms and 6 beds, 2 terraces and a fully equipped kitchen, the house is ideal for groups and families!

For a real vacation

This house is our vacation home, we have a great time with our 3 children and we would like it to accommodate travelers passing through the Atlantic coast... The house is nicely located, 5 minutes from the beach and the city center. It is at the end of a cul-de-sac, very quiet. All errands can be accomplished on foot or by bike. The 400 m2 garden is enclosed and wooded. There's a parking spot. Ideal for a stay for families or groups of friends.

Country accommodation 15 minutes from the beaches, 70 m²

The cottage is close to family-friendly activities (walking near a lake, fishing, cycling, amusement parks (tree climbing and water parks, etc.), karting, the sea nearby (20 min) ideal for surfing, sailing, and the cultural richness of the Vendée. You'll love my place because of its quiet location in the countryside with its large outdoor spaces. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families.

Facing the sea, and Ile de Ré

Ideally located, the apartment is close to the city center, shops and entertainment. Facing south, facing Génerelles Beach, you will enjoy stunning views of Ile de Ré. Small, very functional house in the center of the island! The garden is a common area between the cottage and my house, with a separation of 30 meters. The small terrace and garden area will make your vacation unforgettable!
