Large 1 ac property, tucked away from the city, but still centrally located. One of ABQ's safest neighborhoods. Adjacent to the "acequia" canals with miles of nature walking trails. Pool is perfect for summer. Walking distance to coffee shop, restaurant, book store, & Nature Center State Park. Close to Old Town, Downtown, UNM, & Balloons.

Peace & Quiet in Paradise Hills - 3 night minimum

3 night minimum and 2 day notice. Enjoy peace and privacy in our spacious studio apartment (over 700 sq ft) with a fully equipped kitchen, a separate entrance, parking. The apartment is equipped with one queen and one twin bed. **DO NOT book if you smoke or vape. Going outside to smoke/vape does not help; the smoke smell lingers on the clothes and infiltrates all fabrics in the apartment. It also will enter the main home as part of the apartment shares the same heating/cooling air intake.

Vintage Airstream near Albuquerque

Come stay at our small homestead in this 1974 Airstream. This cute, clean camper is set next to our paddock with horses, chickens and a few roosters (they will crow a lot), and our large alert dogs (they will bark). We are in the county, so we have a slightly rural feel and are a short haul from downtown (13 mi.) and the airport (17 mi.). Beautiful walk to the river (1 mi.). Come and go as you please. This is NOT a luxurious, quiet retreat, but it is a safe, unique and happy one!
