The house is within easy reach of the Normandy beaches, national parks, castles and medieval cities. A basic retreat for lovers of nature and peace.

A Rural retreat in the countryside

Farmhouse situated in 1,5 h of gardens and lakes. The gite is set within spacious gardens, offering a regenerative space for mind and spirit in natural surroundings with peaceful sounds of the countryside. The wi fi has now been upgraded to fibre & is rated ‘very fast ‘ As well as the two small lakes there is a dell and bog garden. Surrounding area is excellent for walkers & cyclists. Bikes are available for guests at no extra cost.

If you feel like it, mountain bikes can be provided to explore the 31 km of surrounding hiking trails (€5 per day regardless of the number of bikes). Situated on the bank of the River Orne, in the heart of the 'Suisse Normandie' Our Fully Renovated Cottage is in the centre of the Picturesque Village of Pont D'Ouilly. Upon entering The Cottage you will find the fully equipped Kitchen, W.C. and the Lounge/Diner with stunning views of the River. Upstairs you will find a Bathroom, Master Bedroom and a Twin Bedroom, both having uninterupted views of the River.
