(1 hr 10 min from Le Mans) A comfortable 45 m2 mini wooden house nestled among the trees, in the heart of the Réno-Valdieu state forest, extended by a large terrace and overlooking a beautiful 2 hectare pond. On the ground floor, a living room with a wood-burning stove and an equipped kitchen as well as a comfortable shower room. Upstairs, under the roof, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed and 2 single beds). Set back on the grounds, the old barn converted into a dwelling.

Luxurious Retreat - our Shepherd's Hut is located in one of our secluded paddocks overlooking the countryside and a distant view of the sea. It offers both privacy and tranquility whilst being located within walking distance of the local beach and village of Dragey. Inside we have created a beautiful interior to cater for your luxurious break. Underfloor heating, large shower, king size bed, fully equipped kitchen and wifi. Private terrace with views of the church, sea and horses.

Manoir du Bois Joly – Shepherd's huts

The "Bois Joly" Manor dates from the 16th century. Next to Nogent-le-Rotrou, it is in the middle of fields, meadows and woods. In the 19th century, it became known for its breeding of Percheron horses. Since 1985, we have been restoring it in keeping with the traditional architecture of Perche. To share this fascinating story, the Shepherd's Huts welcome you! Departure possible on Sunday at the end of the day on request!

The shepherd's hut at Les Aulnaies

A traditional English Shepherds hut set in the rolling Normandy countryside. Your own private space with separate entrance and secure off road parking. The rural location offers breathtaking panoramic views of the Normandy countryside. Price includes breakfast. Coffee and tea making facilities are provided but due to limited space within the hut, there are no cooking facilities. Sorry no pets ,even small dogs!

Gypsy caravan and Nordic bath

Restored gypsy caravan on our property. The trailer is equipped with a bed area and a kitchen area with sink and fridge as well as electricity. The trailer is not equipped with a bathroom but you will have a Nordic bath to relax in peace. Also: dry toilet, barbecue, bikes and a small outdoor terrace. Breakfast is included in the nightly rate but you can also have a packed lunch on order before your arrival

Camper by the pond

Caravan in a beautiful setting. On the edge of the pond, you can have access to walks with donkeys, kayaks and boats. Come and recharge your batteries for a night in connection with nature. Dry toilets are at your disposal as well as a solar outdoor shower (70 L hot if sunny). We offer breakfast with farm products (jam, apple juice, milk) for 10 euros per person.
