Das Haus steht in einer ruhigen Wohngegend, den Wald und den Golfplatz (mit öffentlichem Restaurant) erreichen Sie zu Fuß in 2 Minuten. Der Ruhrradweg führt durch Neheim-Hüsten, somit auch für Radfahrer als Zwischenstopp bestens geeignet. Es gibt per Auto rundherum innerhalb einer halben Stunde viel zu erkunden, wie z.B. die Sorpe- und Möhnetalsperre, die Altstadt Arnsberg und auch die historische Stadt Soest.

On cooler days, in addition to the central heating, the well-dried wood in the fireplace brings cozy warmth and a crackling atmosphere into the spacious living/dining room. Here you can stay in a small detached house with 1000 sqm fenced property and distant views over the Ober-Bergisches Land. The cottage is furnished in vintage style and has a fireplace in addition to electric heating. A kitchen newly built in 2022 with fridge, dishwasher, induction, oven, and everything else you might need, outdoor grill, covered terrace. Towels and bowls are available for dogs. Hiking from the house is possible for hours.

The apartment basically presents itself as an independent small house. On the ground floor is the spacious living / dining kitchen with attached living room. The staircase leads to the upper floor with great views of nature. There are also the two bedrooms, as well as a bathroom with shower. The property was completed in March 2014 and thus presents itself as a new building. The bathroom was completely renovated in 2020.
