Since fall 2019, the cottage has been shining above Flims at 1500 meters above sea level. During construction, great attention was paid to quality, regionality and above all longevity, as well as attention to detail – these are the ingredients that make our cottage so unique! In Vals, the myth prevails that such a beautiful village can only be built by elves. Whether that's true is up to everyone to decide for themselves. What is certain, however, is the enchanting effect that the village exudes. With this apartment, we tried to direct the magic of Vals directly into the hearts of visitors. A large windshield offers perfect views of the mountains and the village. Let yourself be carried away by the energy and enjoy the days together full of love and nature.

Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
