There is a 30 m2 terrasse/platform in front of the house with an amazing view to Laax, Vally and the mountains. The house is good for couples, solo adventurers, groups and families (with kids). Bike path a few meters away, numerous excursion possibilities, 10 minutes from Chiavenna, 30 minutes from Lake Como and the Valchiavenna Ski Area.

The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
