Take it easy at this cozy getaway above Brigels. The studio is located on the first floor of a detached house and is a new building. It is very cozy and bright and has everything you need. Well-equipped kitchen with fridge, oven, coffee maker, dishwasher and induction stove. It is suitable for 2 people. The bus stop is a 1-minute walk from the house in winter and about 8 minutes in summer. In summer, the guest card with many discounts is included

You have a gigantic view of the Ruinaulta, the Flimserstein, Calanda and many different excursion opportunities. Very special in Chalet Balu is the wellness oasis with sauna. Our house in the woods is a typical masonry building that was renovated in the spring of 2019. An oasis of peace and tranquility surrounded by nature, ideal for families or couples seeking relaxation and romantic intimacy. View of the Valchiavenna mountains, with large lawns for garden use. Bike path a few meters away, numerous excursion possibilities, 10 minutes from Chiavenna, 30 minutes from Lake Como and the Valchiavenna Ski Area.

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti (1460m), which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 7min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths.
