We rent out our funky house in Viga, in Spind. The house was built in 2018, and has a high standard. On the ground floor there is a hallway, laundry room, TV lounge with sofa bed, bathroom, and three bedrooms all furnished with 2 single beds. On the second floor there is a large kitchen, living room, dining table, TV area, bedroom with double bed, and large bathroom connected to this bedroom. Outside there is a difficult terrace with a lot of living space, various seating groups, jacuzzi and fire pit, and nice views!

Annex of 25 square meters

Mini-house in quiet area close to "everything"; city center, shop, forest, beaches and activities (swimming pool, stadium, tennis, frisbee golf, volleyball, mini golf). Half hour drive from Kristiansand. Free parking outside. Pergola and patio. 1 room with kitchenette (hot plate/oven, kettle, Moccamaster, toaster, fridge) and two beds. Possibility of mattress on floor. Bed linen and towels available. Separate bathroom with a shower. WiFi and TV w/Chromecast + Apple TV (Netflix, Viaplay, Disney+, Max)

Leiligheten er ca 100 meter fra E-39 i kjelleren på en enebolig der det bor en familie på 3. 1 voksen og 2 gutter på 4 og 9 år. Det er 1 soverom med 4 sengeplasser. Det er 2 mulige utganger, ingen vinduer. Kjøpesenter med spisesteder,ladestasjoner, badeplasser, døgn åpen 7-Eleven kun 5 minutter å gå. Ca 3 km til Lyngdal sentrum. Flotte strender ca 4 km unna. Idyllisk feriehus med nydelig og sentral beliggenhet. Høy standard og god plass. med sengeplasser opp til 10 personer. Huset er pent og moderne innredet med et kjøkken som har alt. Gårdsrommet er virkelig en perle - med svært god plass til alle. Her inner du både pizzaovn, gassgrill, utepeis og flere komfortable sittegrupper. Rooms in basement with bathroom and toilet room are rented. Studio kitchen in laundry room. Suitable for two people (max 3) in small double bed (108 cm x 187 cm) with possibility for extra bed. Feel free to let us know when booking if you want an extra bed. Family of 5 lives in the house. The place is family friendly with cats and hens, in addition to a large garden with several seating areas. Good hiking and swimming facilities nearby and close to shop and bus stop. Free parking.

Charming cabin with a nice view, located inland, 10 km from the centre of Lyngdal and Waterpark. The cabin is fully furnished, washing machine and dishwasher. Close to a big lake. Row-boat, kayak, fishing -gear available. Nice hiking area.

The annexe in scenic Gitlevåg is located in Lyngdal. The accommodation is 20 km from Farsund, and offers free parking. The apartment has a balcony with garden view, one bedroom and a fully equipped kitchen. Towels and bed linen are provided. Mandal is 19 km from the apartment, while Flekkefjord is 37 km away. The nearest airport is Kristiansand Kjevik Airport, 57 km from the annex in scenic Gitlevåg.
