Large windows overlooking the Spindsfjord and the height under the roof makes nature come close. A shared jetty with its own berth can be found approx. 2 min walk down to the sea. There you can swim from the jetty. If you rent a boat, it is right out in a varied archipelago with good fishing opportunities. Beaches are about 15 min away towards Lista. 10 min by boat/car to the city center.

Idyllic southern house, right on the beach. The house is sunny with an amazing sea view. Here you will find unique hiking, fishing and swimming facilities. The house is one of the first to be built on the beach site Snig. There is one house with a lot of history and soul that is located along the road to the south of Lindesnes. Private terrace. Cozy planted garden with garden furniture. Immediate proximity to large public beach with facilities such as playground, football field and boccia court. As well as barbecue facilities.

We rent out our funky house in Viga, in Spind. The house was built in 2018, and has a high standard. On the ground floor there is a hallway, laundry room, TV lounge with sofa bed, bathroom, and three bedrooms all furnished with 2 single beds. On the second floor there is a large kitchen, living room, dining table, TV area, bedroom with double bed, and large bathroom connected to this bedroom. Outside there is a difficult terrace with a lot of living space, various seating groups, jacuzzi and fire pit, and nice views!

Newer delicate apartment as close to the sea as you can get! Good sun conditions, child friendly in a quiet area. On the terrace there are several good chairs, and delicious olive trees. Just enjoy the BBQ from a brand new Weber grill! The sun sets over the mountain at 9 pm lately. Then it's lovely and sitting on the terrace and enjoying the sunset I can promise Many nice activities, nice hiking trails, own beach, fishing from the jetty, trampoline, sandbox and possibility to borrow 3 SUP boards.

Leiligheten er ca 100 meter fra E-39 i kjelleren på en enebolig der det bor en familie på 3. 1 voksen og 2 gutter på 4 og 9 år. Det er 1 soverom med 4 sengeplasser. Det er 2 mulige utganger, ingen vinduer. Kjøpesenter med spisesteder,ladestasjoner, badeplasser, døgn åpen 7-Eleven kun 5 minutter å gå. Ca 3 km til Lyngdal sentrum. Flotte strender ca 4 km unna. Velkommen til solfylte og idylliske "Knatten" En usjenert beliggende arkitekttegnet hytte ved sjøen med nydelig utsikt utover Egelandsfjorden med flotte fiske- og bademuligheter. Hytten er fullt møblert og inneholder det meste av det du måtte trenge for å få et fantastisk opphold inkl. en Weber gassgrill på den solrike terrassen. 2 soverom totalt med sengeplasser til 7 personer+ (mulighet for ekstra madrasser). Koselig anneks med soverom og master bedroom med dobbeltseng og loftseng i hytten.

Rooms in basement with bathroom and toilet room are rented. Studio kitchen in laundry room. Suitable for two people (max 3) in small double bed (108 cm x 187 cm) with possibility for extra bed. Feel free to let us know when booking if you want an extra bed. Family of 5 lives in the house. The place is family friendly with cats and hens, in addition to a large garden with several seating areas. Good hiking and swimming facilities nearby and close to shop and bus stop. Free parking.

Charming cabin with a nice view, located inland, 10 km from the centre of Lyngdal and Waterpark. The cabin is fully furnished, washing machine and dishwasher. Close to a big lake. Row-boat, kayak, fishing -gear available. Nice hiking area.
