We had such a lovely stay at Dora’s place! The apartment was in a great location , close to many beautiful beaches , and it was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Check-in was smooth, and we really appreciated having access to the kitchen during our stay. Dora was absolutely wonderful always friendly, responsive, and full of great recommendations. She helped us arrange a dinner at a local restaurant for my friend’s birthday and even made sure they could bring out a cake and sing happy birthday, which was such a special touch. She was also very flexible with check-in and check-out, and her communication throughout was excellent. We felt really well looked after and would absolutely recommend staying here. Thank you, Dora!

everything was perfect. Beautiful View, Beautiful Apartment, Perfectly Equipped, Very clean. Clear information for the checkin. Garage car park. Supermarket 5 minutes walk. Town center 10 minutes walk. We have been there with a baby child and a dog. La Madalena is an amazing region, best to explore by rental boat.

Daniele was a very responsive and helpful host! Location was great with an easy walk to the port and town. On a busier street but cute patio looking out on the water! House was very clean but it is warm in the summer with no AC. Would stay again!

Grace was a very nice host. She lives in a little paradise. When we arrived she had somdthing cold to drink in the refrodgerator for us which was really nice! Her Tipps what to discover on the island were really helpful. We really enjoyed our three days there. Thank you very much for your kindness dear Grace.

We really liked the apartment, the bed is very comfortable and the apartment is impeccable, the view is impressive and it's really worth it. It has all the amenities you need, including a parasol to go to the beach, something that saved us. 🫶🏻 The information they gave us was very good. There were not many stairs, which is appreciated in Italy after so much walking with a suitcase, and parking next to the entrance, which is very safe. It is close to the port, which is perfect for tours, close to the center and 4 minutes from the supermarket by car. We really had a very nice and pleasant stay. I'd come back anyway.

I had an amazing stay! The location was perfect, close to everything, and the view was absolutely breathtaking. The apartment was spotless and well-maintained. The hostesses were incredibly helpful, providing me with a map and excellent recommendations for the best beaches and restaurants in the area. Their attention to detail and hospitality really made my stay enjoyable. I would definitely come back and highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful stay!

This was one of the best places I have stayed in Airbnb. Difficult to fault anything. Giorgio was very professional and timely in all interactions. The apartment was impeccably clean, and is a beautiful property, in the heart of San Pantaleo, with private parking. He was kind enough to offer a host of additional advice and services, was flexible with check-in, and was able to accommodate a late check out for us. We stayed with 2 young kids. The youngest is turning 2 and walking. It was not a problem for us but the only potential downside are exposed stairs (Giorgio warned us in advance) and it was not a problem for us, but I think it would be a challenge with a younger child (crawling or not able to safely manage stairs.) An enormous thank you to Giorgio and Elizabethan for sharing their beautiful place in a beautiful part of the world. I would recommend their place, and if I’m ever lucky enough to return to San Pantaleo I would 100% try to book with them again. Thank you!

Staying with Ms. Lucia was just fantastic. We felt very comfortable and Ms. Lucia took great care of us as guests. The surroundings and the place were simply enchanting, even magical. We enjoyed the required peace and relaxation there. Thank you from the whole heart

Vittorio is a very likeable host. The kitchen is well equipped, even olive oil and some spices are available, as well as a large refrigerator with freezer. The location is perfect, very central to the city center and with a beautiful balcony overlooking the sea.

Luca and Nicole were very friendly and responsive. The place was clean, bright and chic. Made good use of the bbq and patio area as well as the handy amenities such as the washing machine and dishwasher. Overall a great stay that is walking distance to the town. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We enjoyed the accommodation very much. It is very modern and new and has everything you need. It is a little further away from the center, but with a bike you can get there in 15 minutes. It is also nice and quiet in the evening. A supermarket is just 5 minutes away. We were also able to write to the landlord via WhatsApp and quickly clarify all questions. We definitely recommend the apartment!

We really liked the apartment, very central and with everything available. It allowed us to enjoy the village of Maddalena to the fullest. The air conditioning system worked very well (very important). The complete and essential decor, pots and dishes in abundance, spacious and functionally furnished bedrooms. The terrace is very large with a partial view of the port (but which was not important to us) with a large table and chairs to be able to eat outdoors. It overlooks a street with moderate traffic. There is no parking but we were able to use the free public parking almost always, with a walk back through the country always very pleasant. Alternatively, paid parking for 1 euro per hour. Communication with the owners was great and fast, we received all the answers to our questions of ordinary administration. I also recommend sailing trips!

Quiet location, yet within walking distance of beautiful beaches, the harbor and various restaurants. lovely terrace where you can sit privately with beautiful flowers and a large living room. In the living room, there is also a folding bed that is in good condition. Furthermore, a large bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. There is always a parking space available. There is a Despar within walking distance, less than 10 minutes' walk. highly recommended!

Rosandra's beautiful apartment was by far the most beautiful vacation home we've ever had. The layout of the apartment is perfect, with a sea view that is second to none. Everything was super clean and in a very good condition. The house beach can be reached in a few minutes, beautiful other beaches can be easily reached with a smaller hike (20 minutes - 1 hour). You can even walk to Santa Theresa in 40 minutes. If we come to Sardinia again, then definitely to Rosandra😃

Fabulous place for our stay, very well equipped apartment and superb amenities, parking places for our 2 cars was great to avoid the stress of finding a place to park -a challenge in the area-. Walking distance to downtown with several restaurants and shops. We loved the area and the house. Our host was very responsive. Definitely recommend this place, we’d love to be back!

It's been a wonderful place. Everything has been thought of to make the stay nice and enjoyable. It's the little things that count.
