Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Maddalena archipelago

Super séjour dans le logement de Maria, qui est d’ailleurs une hôte très sympathique et serviable. Je recommande ce logement si vous recherchez un endroit tranquille à la campagne pour vous reposer.

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Urlaub im Haus von Sara und Alessandro. Das Haus und der Garten sind fantastisch. Wir haben uns jedesmal gefreut zum Haus zurückzukehren (und von den süßen Katzen begrüßt zu werden). Man ist komplett alleine in der Natur - abends ruft die Zwergohreule :) Alle schönen Strände sind schnell zu erreichen. Die beiden haben uns tolle Tipps für Strände und Restaurants gegeben und sind perfekte Gastgeber.

Wir waren zu viert (zwei Erwachsene, ein Kind und ein Hund) im Oktober in Conca Verde. Der Check-In war zum Glück sehr flexibel, da unser Schiff leider extreme Verspätung hatte. Wir standen stets in Kontakt mit Matteo, was die Schlüsselübergabe rasch und unkompliziert ermöglichte – herzlichen Dank dafür! Die Unterkunft war sauber, gut erreichbar und mit allem ausgestattet, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt benötigt. Der Parkplatz hinter dem Haus bot ausreichend Platz für unseren Fiat Freemont, und die Einfahrt am Tor war gerade breit genug. Die zugesandte Videos mit den Erklärungen zur Unterkunft waren zudem äußerst hilfreich. Matteo ist ein super Gastgeber. Alles in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en Sardaigne dans une maison absolument superbe nichée dans une jolie résidence fleurie. Complètement équipée et décorée avec originalité et goût par le papa de la propriétaire qui était un célèbre artiste de la région. Literie de qualité dans les 3 chambres Magnifique vue sur la mer et la piscine depuis la terrasse. Un immense merci aux propriétaires, qui ont été d’une gentillesse et d’une disponibilité remarquables. Accueillants, attentionnés et toujours prêts à partager leurs bonnes adresses ou à rendre service, ils ont largement contribué à rendre notre séjour inoubliable. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir !

Gazdele s-au comportat incredibil de bine, ne-au raspuns rapid tuturor intrebarilor, ne-au dat toate informatiile utile despre casa si imprejurimi asigurandu-se constant daca toate nevoie ne sunt indeplinite, am doar cuvinte de lauda despre ei si despre casa care arata impecabil si nu ii lipsea absolut nimic .Toate accesoriile necesare erau prezente.

This was our second stay at Patrizia's gorgeous house, we booked as soon as we got home after our visit the previous year, which probably is the highest recommendation I can give. The house is in a beautiful, quiet, rural location with stunning views over the surrounding hills and coastline. The house is rustic inside and out, in-keeping with the old Sardinian farm house that it was. It was clean and tidy inside, with everything that we needed during our stay. The surrounding gardens are left beautifully wild and we saw a variety of birds and wildlife during our stay (including tortoises!). Despite the rural location, it is still within easy driving distance of the beautiful coast, the town of Palau and surrounding countryside. The major supermarkets in Palau are approx' 20 minutes drive away and to get to the nearest beach is similar. We went for some amazing hikes during our stay with a mixture of coastal walks and mountain trails.

We stayed at Tito’s place for one week. The perfect getaway in this part of Sardinia. All the beaches are 15-20 min drive.. the place is surrounded by a beautiful garden with lots of green and flowers. The house itself is perfect with a nice living room with two couches. We really enjoyed it! Thanks Tito..

Posto Consigliatissimo!! Agostino e sua moglie Alba sono persone fantastiche, inizialmente subito dopo l'amichevole accoglienza, ci hanno consigliato dove andare, cosa visitare e cosa fare, la sera al rientro dalle escursioni non ci hanno mai fatto mancare un saluto una birretta o due chiacchiere amichevoli. L'esperienza è stata unica sicuramente per il luogo che merita tantissimo, (su un lato addirittura vista mare) ma molto di più per l'amicizia che i proprietari di casa ti donano senza chiedere niente in cambio. Come scrisse qualcun'altro in una recensione prima di me, siamo arrivate come turisti, ce ne siamo andati da Amici. Torneremo sicuramente a goderci questo appartamento e i suoi meravigliosi proprietari!

Bellissima ed ospitale dimora nel centro storico di Ajaccio. Casa molto pulita e la cucina aveva tutto il necessario per cucinare. Bagni molto belli. Se devo fare un unico appunto l’orario del check in alle 17:00 forse è un po’ tardi considerando che il check out è previsto per le 10. Detto ciò abbiamo comunque potuto lasciare i nostri bagagli prima.

Great place for a stay in Palau! Location is perfect to access the faro or walk into town and there are also restaurants very close by. The apartment is comfortable and garden is lovely. We did not realize it was a basement apartment but it still gets a lot of light and was lovely. One issue was that there is only one shower and the shower in the green bathroom can only really comfortably be used for baths or else the whole bathroom gets wet. Overall lovely stay and lovely host!!

Nous devions passer 2 nuits chez Rosaria mais au final nous en avons passé 4 tellement nous y étions bien Nous avons pu prendre le logement en avance le papa de Rosaria nous a accueilli, il est très gentil et très discret et très à l’écoute . Nous n’avons pas vu Rosaria car elle était à Milan mais nos échanges ont été exceptionnellement amicaux C’est une hôte incroyable, toujours à l’écoute et pleine de bons conseils L’appartement est charmant , d’une propreté irréprochable Très bien placé avec un supermarché juste en face et à 10 minutes à pieds du centre et de sa magnifique plage Nous garderons un excellent souvenir de cette étape en Sardaigne Un des meilleurs RBnb de l’île Rapport qualité prix excellent Je recommande vivement Rosaria et son papa sont des hôtes exceptionnels 5 étoiles et plus

Our stay in Sardinia was amazing! Maria was incredibly kind and welcoming, going out of her way to recommend great local restaurants and even surprising us with traditional Sardinian sweets. The space was clean and comfortable, with fresh towels and cozy beds. The views were stunning, and the beach access was unbeatable. Everything exceeded our expectations — we’d gladly stay here again and highly recommend it!

Die Unterkunft bietet alles was man braucht. Sie ist nicht ganz einfach zu finden, aber sobald man dort ist hat man eine sehr ruhige und angenehme Stimmung sowie eine wundervolle Aussicht. Die Einrichtung war wie beschrieben und es fehlte uns an nichts. Antonella war sehr flexibel und hat uns bei Fragen sehr schnell weitergeholfen.

Que dire… Vue depuis le balcon exceptionnelle ! Logement propre et fonctionnel ! Literie de qualité ! Plages et randonnées à pied depuis le logement.

Nuestra estadía fue increíble. La casa está completamente equipada y todo muy prolijo. Sara fue muy amorosa y atenta. La pasamos increible, esperamos poder volver.

We had a wonderful time at Paolo's accommodation. You can tell that he decorated it for himself, which makes the place feel very cozy and not like a typical holiday rental. The Airbnb has a lot of charm and was perfect for our 10-day stay. It truly felt like home, and the lighting, decoration, and view are absolutely wonderful! The view from the bedroom and bathroom into nature was incredible. Paolo was incredibly kind and helpful, always available and offering great tips for beaches and restaurants in the area. It was also possible to make a last-minute booking so that my sister and her husband could visit us for a few days! We were truly impressed with his recommendations. We highly recommend the restaurant Da Thomas, and we also really enjoyed the restaurant across from the accommodation — especially the service and friendly staff. The ice cream shop right across from the property was fantastic, and we almost went there every day for ice cream! If we visit the northeast of Sardini

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit! Alles war sehr sauber. Der Blick ist wunderschön. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und verabschiedet. Einzig die Müllentsorgung ist etwas problematisch und man benötigt ein Auto. Insgesamt auf jeden Fall sehr zu empfehlen. Wir würden sehr gern wiederkommen!

Eine wunderschöne alleinstehende Villa in einem privaten Ferienhauskomplex mit mehreren Terrassen und atemberaubenden Blick auf das Meer zu allen Seiten. Bei gutem Wetter kann man bis nach Korsika gucken und hat den Sonnenuntergang direkt vor sich über dem Meer. Sehr ruhig. Sehr schöne Strände in der unmittelbaren Umgebung, mit dem Auto gut erreichbar. Vor Ort ein sehr freundlicher Empfang und mit dem Gastgeber Alessandro eine sehr gute und reibungslose Kommunikation. Wir haben unsere Zeit mit unseren 3 Kindern dort sehr genossen! Ein toller Familien-Ort!

Great comfortable house, it’s well located in a quiet neighborhood. The house is 5 minutes driving away from the center of Bonifacio . The house has everything to relax. Great friendly host , Thomas checked on us couple times to make sure everything was good. I would highly recommend it

Propriétaire très sympathique et réactive, logement conforme à la description, emplacement idéal et magnifique, maison très très lumineuse, pièces grandes et maison très bien équipée! il n'y avait qu'à déposer les valises. à 50 minutes de l'aéroport seulement.

Unique stay. The animals on the property were such a cool experience for our toddler.

Tres bel endroit Maison aux pieds de l'eau Eaux limpides mais plages un peu rocailleuses. un peu loin de commerces mais magnifique paysage.

We stayed for 5 nights at this lovely villa. Laura was always reachable for any concerns which may arise. Everything was spot on and we really enjoyed our stay. The villa is located with a great view to the ocean, to reach the villa we would highly recommend a rental car. We would definitely come back to this beautiful place and enjoy some time on Sardinia.
