In a quiet area of the city of Madrid (Arturo Soria neighborhood), just 15 minutes from IFEMA and 20 minutes from the airport by metro, I rent a private room with bathroom in a 90 m2 (1000 ft) flat. It looks onto a private garden and swimming pool which ou can enjoy during your stay in Madrid. WiFi and free national landline calls are included. If you are planning to stay for a long period of time (more than a week) washing clothes (but not ironing!) and room/bathroom cleaning are included as well. Metro entrance is just 1 minute walk from the building (line 4-ESPERANZA stop) and 3 minutes walk you can find buses number 120 and 122. You can get to the historic center less than half an hour. The building has an enclosed garden and concierge and it is easy to park free in the area. Just 2 minutes walk to supermarkets and a classic market where you can find everything you need, as well as little restaurants and bars for a drink. I am happy to give you tourism advice on the famous sights and insider's Madrid. The apartment is in the peaceful Arturo Soria neighborhood. Entrance to the Metro is a 1-minute walk. Reach the historic center of Madrid in less than half an hour.

A private bathroom with a large shower, and a dedicated work area. It has enough space for an extra bed. The Casa de Madrid is an apartment in one of Madrid´s best listed residential buildings, in the Austrias neighbourhood, facing the Teatro Real, and looking towards the Palacio Real.

This is a room about 12 meters for 1 person, very sunny and comfortable. It has a 90 cm bed, a desk, shelf and a wardrobe closet. You can connect to the internet by wiffi. The House has 2 bedrooms more and also, a kitchen, bathroom and living/dining room. This very well connected with metro (station colombia) line 9 directly to Airport and buses that go to the Centre, Moncloa, Alonso Martinez. Also are reported with the Plaza de Castilla and Chamartin station.

The accommodation is located in the heart of Madrid within the M30 belt, in Chamartin and just minutes from the station, easy and quick direct access to the airport and connection to the Puerta del Sol in just 20 minutes. There are several metro stations and bus stops A safe and clear area. Training centers: ESADE on Mateo Inurria Street, a 10-minute walk from the accommodation, Neblija University, Paseo de La Habana, and Autonomous University, two train stops

Rent a bright, independent room.

Independent room, for one person, in a duplex apartment, very well lit, near the large Madrid Río park, with good metro and bus service a few meters away. The atmosphere you will find will be totally friendly and familiar. Breakfast is included, consisting of coffee or tea and toast. What is not allowed is cooking. Yes, you can warm up what you need. Visits or parties are not allowed. Room and bathroom are rented, the rest of the house is for private use.
