Fitness-friendly holiday rentals in Main-Spessart

We liked apartment 1 of the Punkt XII seminar center very much. Above all, the huge common area was top class. We did morning exercises there and the kids were able to spread out wonderfully. Together with the large dining table and the balcony, there is more than enough space for everyone. We only used the kitchen once for breakfast, as we had also booked the catering area across the street. There is everything in abundance, both in the kitchen and in the living area. Manfred is a great host who puts a lot of love, passion and energy into building the seminar center, and is always approachable and helpful. We had a great time and would be happy to come back. Thanks for the lovely stay :-).

There is everything you need for a short stay (tea, coffee, various Water) and even beyond (e.g. cereals, flakes and milk and a great planted garden). The hosts are extremely likeable and superbly organized. Everything in the guest rooms worked smoothly and was very clean. Surroundings is quiet, the bed comfortable and ensures a good night's sleep. The furnishings are chic and modern with lots of loving details. A completely successful short stay, highly recommended, which I would like to express.

We had a wonderful few days at Alexandra’s spot! We were greeted warmly and shown the space. The surrounding area is very convenient and easy to navigate, either via the metro (short 5 min walk away and just a few stops to the downtown area) or via Uber/taxi. Restaurants nearby were delightful and it was a lovely and peaceful spot to return to after a day exploring nearby tourist sights! Would highly recommend and would gladly stay again.

We had a very nice stay in Würzburg! The accommodation is well located and with the train, which stops almost directly in front of the door, you can get to the city super fast. The apartment has everything you need and more. In addition, the hosts were easy and quick to reach. We'd love to come back! 😊👍🏼

We absolutely loved our time here. The hosts were so kind and generous and helped us to settle in. We spent Christmas Day here and it was such a beautiful setting. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place for kids, beautiful surrounding countryside and easily accessible towns to see. Thank you so much for our stay, we loved it!!

It was great with Daniela, the connection to Frankfurt is very good. The apartment is very pleasant to live in and clean. The property is well maintained and everything you need is there. Daniela is a lovely, warm-hearted person, I would come back anytime!

Older but lovely little villa that is quietly located. Parking in the street can be difficult, but Thomas offers parking in the yard, which is great. Due to the key safe, check-in is totally easy and we found everything immediately. I also met his employees, who is also very friendly. We all slept great. For us, the beds were great, which you don't always have at Airbnbs. The large bathroom was clean, the shower is relatively new. The rest of the bathroom is allowed to get a makeover, as it stopped in the '60s/' 70s. But maybe it also had the right flair. Everything was functional. With the small TV we had our problems in the service. But this was not so important to us, otherwise we would have contacted Thomas right away. Maybe add a small user manual here... but maybe it was also up to us...hahaha.

We had a very nice stay in a comfortable and centrally located place. The apt is complete with all the amenities you need for a stay and enjoyed the area close to the different train stations and stores and restaurants. Enjoyed the museums and felt safe around the apt building. Daniel responded easily and was always helpful. Thank you!

We were lucky enough to spend the Christmas Holiday in this gorgeous vacation home! Jörg was a gracious host and easy to communicate with. The home is exactly like pictured and has everything you need. We were a family of six adults and had plenty of space to move about and feel relaxed. We cooked several meals and the kitchen was well equipped. The bed linens were extremely comfortable. The drive to Rothenburg was about 15 minutes and easy to navigate. Thank you so much for an a family Christmas we will never forget!!

Enjoyed our stay & a great host

This is really great place to stay - you would not say so seeing the property from outside - but it is really superb. In the middle of historical part of city, restaurants literally few steps, but as well like 50m from river bank with long promenade / cycling path and what surprised me - really close to town center, but still super quiet at night. Inside, the house is very modern and loads of equipment - we enjoyed the pool, wellness area, multiple outdoor sitting spaces and great living room with kitchen. Heiko is very welcomming and was a great host.... when I will have the possibility, I will book again for sure.

I felt totally comfortable. The place is very cozy and stylishly decorated. The elegant bathroom was very clean. The highlight for me was the extremely comfortable couch and bed. I found the many candles particularly wonderful, even a stick lighter was stored in the drawer. I thoroughly enjoyed this place by candlelight. Clear recommendation especially if you are looking for tranquility and pure coziness.
