You share the staircase with us and our 2 boys, who are lively but sweet and only come downstairs in the evening. A wardrobe is still under construction. In the bathroom there is a bathtub and separate shower. Playground or bakery are in the immediate vicinity, everything else then in the tourist town of Lohr.

Beautiful, as good as new apartment. Had everything you need. Nice hosts who also grow wine and have a "wine certificate". We just bought a couple of bottles of Franconian wine. A great beer garden on the Main is also within walking distance (2 min).

Great location for quiet walks and delicious wine to enjoy! We felt comfortable with two dogs and two children. Dietholf and Nicole were very kind and accommodating. The bedrooms are large and pleasant (2 bedrooms and a living room), but the kitchen could have been a little cleaner.

We used Frank's apartment for an overnight stay on a bike tour. There were three of us. Frank proactively informed me that we can safely park the bikes in the garage. After a long stage with a lot of sun, it was wonderful to enter the cool apartment. Despite the heat outside, we slept very well. We only made coffee in the apartment, but the kitchen is designed for four people. Note for cyclists: the apartment is located on a hill, save a few "grains" for the last climb 😉
