Beautiful well decorated apartment, there is everything to have a good stay. I highly recommend it.

The communication with Barbara is very reliable, very nice and since she lives spontaneously in person across the street. Comfortable beds. We'd like to come back. Highly recommended!

I felt very comfortable and was personally welcomed by the hosts Manu and Stefan (and one of the two sweet dogs). You have everything you need there, the view is a dream and the room is furnished in high quality. Even I, as a non-technical genius, got along super well with all the technical details :) I recommend a sleep mask for those who don't want to be woken up by the sun in the summer and want to sleep in, but for me that was the best thing :) In advance, you got great tips for restaurants and also on request an address for renting ebikes. I felt very comfortable and can only recommend it :)

I am Portuguese and stayed with a Brazilian couple for 10 days. We were totally surprised with the equipment in the kitchen! We also loved how the warm water is immediately available was as soon as we turned the rooster. We had wonderful days and nights here. I was in the living room and was very well surprised with the mattress from the sofa! In the evening we were also very happy with the bright decoration from the balcony! Here everything is thought of for the well-being of the guests. We only liked 2 things: the laundry clams and we could not turn on the large TV in the living room. I want to come back to Bad Kreuznach and into this Be a vacation home!

Idyllically located with a quiet garden and perfect as a family to unwind and cool off on hot summer days! Very good facilities of kitchen, bathroom and toys for children as well as information about the area etc. Highlight was the swing in the garden for the little one Super hospitable with welcome cakes and water. We will be happy to come back.

As Norbert already mentioned, the entrance to the parking lot is very narrow. The bedroom window faces the street. There was a slight traffic volume that could be heard in the apartment. There is a yoga mat and a multimedia system. Hikes can be done in the surrounding area. The decor is nice. The bed is comfortable but very small. Problematic for tall people. Blackout works. The kitchen is well-stocked. Unfortunately, the utensils such as plates and glasses were covered with a light greasy film. We cleaned all the cutlery once through the dishwasher. The provisionally attached curtain rod has fallen out of the wall bracket. Norbert reacted very kindly and is fixing the damage for the next guests. The fly screens are defective and let insects in. I hope this will be fixed for the other guests. Norbert's recommendations would be helpful. We are particularly enthusiastic about the Wendel winery!

Henrik was extremely kind and always helpful. The place was well equipped - everything you might need on a daily basis was there. Exceptionally clean.

We - a family of three - immediately felt very comfortable in Valentin's apartment. The communication was great and pleasant, from booking to checkout everything went smoothly. The apartment is excellently equipped, is very easily accessible and yet quiet in a beautiful area. My recommendation would be (as always ;)) to show up by public transport. There are numerous bus stops in the immediate vicinity, and the main train station and congress center, for example, can be reached in 20 minutes. Unfortunately, we could not avoid the journey by car, the only "drawback" for us was the difficult parking situation, which Valentin cannot influence at all. Conclusion: We can only recommend Valentin's beautiful apartment!

Both the location and the price-performance ratio of the apartment convinced me. The apartment is very clean, modern and homely furnished. Aram is super friendly and is at his guests' side with good insider tips (restaurants, leisure activities, etc.). I'd love to come back!

Very nice stay in Oestrich-Winkel A very charming, clean and well-equipped apartment! There was nothing missing. The location is very good: in a few minutes you can be at the Rhine, or in one of the many wineries in the area. The hosts were very friendly and always available. The check-in was completely uncomplicated. We will be happy to come back!

The apartment is very nice and offers everything you need. Supermarket, old town, cafés and co. easy and quick to reach. Stop right around the corner. Heiko welcomed us super friendly and with helpful tips. The apartment corresponds to the pictures. It was great that we could sit outside. Check in and out were very straightforward and totally flexible. Great! We were completely satisfied ☺️

The accommodation is very nicely located at the foot of the vineyards and the castle. Everything went great for our stay. Very comfortable bed and enough space for 2 people. You have your own entrance and parking is possible nearby. The bathroom is quite narrow but sufficient. Everything is decorated with love.

We felt very comfortable during our stay and were greeted nicely. Particularly pleasant were the well-equipped kitchen with dishwasher, the washing machine, the small terrace with seating and the comfortable mattresses. A special highlight for us - especially with a small child - was the playground directly opposite, which provided a lot of fun. Only a few minor things could still be optimized (sofa bed, weak WiFi).

There were two of us (father + child) in the apartment and we felt like we were guests at Udo's. Everything was tip-top furnished, clean and cozy. Even breakfast is a highlight (highly recommended!). We were allowed to feed the alpacas and take selfies on the very first morning. Udo explained a lot to us about alpacas. The outdoor area with sauna and whirlpool in the conservatory are also great. From here, many exciting excursion destinations can be reached, the Hahnenbachtal right next door, Idar-Oberstein with its mineral museums and tunnels only half an hour away by car. Short distances to the forest, but you also have some meters of altitude to climb and descend. In any case, a double thumbs up 👍

Verena and Marc were absolutely wonderful. They were always available to help with anything I needed and truly made me feel at home. The place was comfortable, welcoming, and very well taken care of. If I ever return to Mainz, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Highly recommended!

I’d rate it 4.5* but rounding up to 5: very clean, pleasant apartment in a green, peaceful area. I had a lovely morning run and we enjoyed breakfast with a great view from the balcony thanks to the good weather. Two minor points: The beds were very good, but the blankets were oddly short—even my 155cm GF found them small—and the shower was only lukewarm a few times. Communication was mixed: we locked ourselves out once 😖 but it was resolved within 10 min, which was great. However, we didn’t read the hot tub instructions beforehand (our fault), and when I messaged via the app to check if we could still use it, we got no reply. We did receive apologies afterwards—they weren’t notified of the messages, apparently. Overall, still a great stay!

a girlstrip that stayed at dominik’s place and every single one of us loved it, would’ve stayed longer, we felt instantly at home, the view and the garden were amazing. the airbnb provided everything we needed :-)

The hosts are super likeable! Communication was excellent and smooth. The apartment is upscale, modern, cozy and furnished with a lot of love. You don't lack anything, you feel right at home. Just arrive, store his belongings in the cabinets or in their desired places, some food in the fridge and feel right at home. The highlight for connoisseurs is the bathroom with spacious jacuzzi bathtub and the sauna located in the bathroom. When you get up in the morning you can hear the birds chirping and you are very close to the outskirts, where you can walk a few minutes on foot in the Ferlder. Beautiful rape fields with the Frankufurter skyline in the distance. The good infrastructure allows you to swarm out in the Taunus in a few minutes to immerse yourself in various forests, hiking trails, etc. I'd love to come back, you can switch off nicely and it feels like a vacation in.
