Our children have now flown the nest and we don't want to share the beautiful home with just the bats. We live in the romantic Gelbachtal between Westerwald and Taunus. Hikers and cyclists have now discovered the great location of the place. Our peaceful Gelbach flows into the Lahn very close by. Not far away are the towns of Nassau and Bad Ems (Bad Emser thermal baths only 20 minutes away). Our place is located on beautiful footpaths and bike paths.

Customs port on the Rhine

Unsere frisch renovierte Ferienwohnung liegt sehr zentral in Geisenheim, nur 1 Minute vom Rhein und dem Geisenheimer Dom entfernt. Ideal für 1–2 Personen. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine voll ausgestattete Küche, Fußbodenheizung und elektrische Rollläden. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und der Rhein sind fußläufig erreichbar. Jeden Freitag findet der Wochenmarkt direkt am Domplatz statt – perfekter Ausgangspunkt für einen Aufenthalt im Rheingau.

Friendly contacts exist with the winegrowing families from Meddersheim and with the top wineries Emrich-Schönleber in Monzingen and Dönnhoff in Oberhausen. The wine refrigerator is always well-stocked and wine tastings can be arranged individually.
