The apartment is comfortably furnished and newly renovated and is located on the ground floor of our house.From the living room and separate bedroom there is a beautiful view of the terrace, the well-kept garden with the swimming pool, which invites you to refresh in the summer. In the living room there is a fireplace, for the cooler seasons, and a cozy sitting area, the TV with DVD recorder and a stereo. There is also a dining table with room for at least six people.At the large desk you will find a telephone and a computer connection to the Internet. Very quietly located apartment on the edge of the forest in the small district of Altneudorf of the Odenwald town of Schönau in the district of Heidelberg. On 50 sqm we offer a place with cozy warmth due to the included fireplace. The area offers numerous beautiful hiking trails, castles and other excursion destinations, etc. In the summer months (June–August), our sunken pool (heated by solar energy – so the water temperature depends on the hours of sunshine) in the garden can also be used.

Our house stands on the edge of the forest and is in a large garden. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, directly under the roof. It is well equipped (see equipment) and is quiet. The nearby forest invites you to jog or go for a walk. We are only a 5 minute walk to the next bus stop. This line leads directly to downtown Darmstadt. The large garden including a playground and access to the stream can be used to relax, sunbathe, play with children, have a barbecue or have a nice evening.
