Chalet of dreams! We had the most perfect stay at Lina’s place and it exceeded all expectations. Pristinely presented and amazing facilities. Only 15 mins drive to Kitzbuhl for skiing and it was then the perfect place to unwind with friends for a relaxing evening. Hot tub/pool/sauna were all amazing and such a joy to use after a day out. The chalet has everything you need and more and Lina is incredibly hospitable and thoughtful. Highly recommend to stay here, we loved it and really hope to come back at some point

The house is beautiful and the kitchen is super furnished, you can cook immediately. Also the dining room is great - the living room is very comfortable. The master bedroom is great, the other rooms significantly smaller, that also applies to the bathroom. But it worked. The floor creaks loudly, which was unusual, but that's just the way it is with farmhouses.

We were warmly welcomed by Grete and spent a few wonderfully relaxing days in the cottage. The quiet location and the pool with great views are a dream. There are many opportunities for beautiful hikes. The adjacent restaurant is good, but the kitchen in the accommodation is also very well equipped, so we were also able to cook well ourselves. We felt very comfortable!

Everything worked out fine from check-in to checkout. Very friendly host who is easily accessible for questions. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail. We recommend the place, especially because of the good location.

The beautiful house is centrally located in the village of Mauterndorf. The various ski resorts are easy to reach by car. The house is spacious and neatly tidy. The large sliding door allows for plenty of light. The bedrooms are spacious with TV and plenty of closet space. Mattresses are firm and the pillows soft. Hostess Nina is very friendly and helpful, she responds quickly to messages or questions. The house is well insulated in terms of noise and temperature. Parking directly in front of the door on your own property. Highly recommended!

It was beautiful decorated, spacious, quiet, and welcoming. Communication was excellent. Well worth the fee and we only wish we could have stayed longer.

Beautiful place! We loved the local hikes, summer toboggan, and exploring nearby towns.

The arrival went super smoothly thanks to the key box. Elisabeth will stop by if you let her know you're there, but otherwise all communication goes smoothly through Airbnb: fast, friendly and efficient. The cottage is truly fantastic – everything you could wish for on a trip is present, and even more than that. Everything works perfectly: from every lamp to air conditioning, kitchen and WiFi. I really don't know what could be better. The location is also ideal: bus stop and station within walking distance, and with the free public transport card you get on arrival, you can travel easily throughout Salzburgerland - we even went to Salzburg for free. There is more than enough to do in the area. In short: a perfect stay that I would definitely book again!

We had a great time at Karin's place - the house and the garden are beautiful and great for relaxation. Karin communication well in advance with us and checked in in between.

Place was absolutely stunning from the brand new kitchen to the wood back lit vaulted ceilings to the stunning views and the incredible location. Easy access was a bonus and the host was very responsive to all my stupid questions.

This was a lovely place to stay while visiting Berchtesgaden and Konigssee. It was easy to find and checking in was easy. It was so special to be able to stay in such a beautiful setting and there were plenty of hiking trails nearby. The place has been recently updated and everything was tidy and the beds were very comfortable. The kitchen/living space was small but cozy and we were able to prepare a basic meal. Our host was not super responsive through Airbnb messaging, but was gracious and helpful when we spoke to them in-person at the restaurant. If you'll be checking in while the restaurant is closed, just be sure to communicate with them ahead of time! Overall this was a great stay.

Staying with Nina and her family was a dream: a beautiful apartment in a beautiful setting with super friendly hosts. Simply great! The apartment is very nicely furnished, with a lot of passion and ideas - you can tell that someone has really put a lot of effort into it. A tiny tip: take a warm sweater with you - the thick, old walls keep the cold out quite well in summer. The apartment is a nice starting point for all kinds of activities, we were very impressed by the waterfall. Nina and her husband welcomed us very kindly and really took care of us: Thank you!!

This host was very nice and helpful, everything according to our expectations. The accommodation is perfectly equipped, nothing was missing. It was flooded in the morning, which was very pleasant. And in the surrounding area there are endless possibilities for touring bike paths or visiting beautiful places. We've really been to a lot of Air BnBs, but the slanted cottage has surpassed everything. The kitchen equipment leaves nothing to be desired, there are a large number of board games (the air hockey was really fun) and books and everything is furnished with great attention to detail. Tresdorf is a great starting point for hikes and other activities (recommended at this point, among other things, the herbal hike of Hana Lerchbaumer). We had a great time with our dog Toni (even feeding bowls and a mobile fence available), who felt very welcome. Those who seek peace and comfort will find both. We stayed at the house for a week and had a wonderful experience. It was perfect for our family of four, offering all the amenities we needed throughout our stay. The house was modern, spotless, and thoughtfully designed, with two spacious bedrooms and a lovely bathroom on the lower level. Upstairs, we enjoyed a beautiful open-plan living area and a well-equipped kitchen, all enhanced by stunning views through the many windows. A large balcony extended from the living space, providing a perfect spot to sit back, relax, and soak in the surrounding scenery. The location is excellent, though a car is essential to make the most of your visit. We used the house as a base to explore the picturesque regions of Austria, as well as nearby Italy and Slovenia. Christoph was an outstanding host, with clear and consistent communication throughout our stay.

It's just gorgeous here: great location with mega hiking destinations in the immediate vicinity. It is pleasantly quiet. The cottage is very well appointed, sparkling clean, and is cozy. The hosts live right next door. Angela & Roman are very attentive, friendly, tolerant, helpful and: They give their guests maximum privacy. Here everyone is welcomed with open arms. We had a wonderful stay! The accommodation is in a fantastic location – surrounded by nature and perfect for hiking. Thanks to the guest card, we were able to use many great offers in the region. The apartment itself is well equipped, very tastefully decorated and offers fantastic views. We had an incredible stay at Andrea’s place! From the moment we arrived, Andrea went above and beyond to make our visit special. The house was perfectly located to walk to the bus stop and ride to the base of Kitzbühel mountain for skiing. Andrea’s dog, Brunello, was super friendly and got along wonderfully with our dogs. The private, fenced-in yard was a great bonus, allowing our dogs to play and get their zoomies out while we relaxed. Every morning, Andrea made us a delicious breakfast at the times we requested, and she made sure we had passes for the bus and train to explore the area. Her hospitality truly made our trip memorable. We would absolutely recommend this place 10/10, and we’ll definitely be back to stay again for skiing in the area.
