The Chalet is situated in Carinthia in 1875 meters at the beautiful Falkertsee. The house has four exceptional bedrooms with 12 beds. The location is perfect for hiking or skiing in winter. We have a small fitness library and 4 TV`s for rainy days. The brandnew Outdoor Sauna with panorama view and the 50sq. gym with own shower and toilet. Costs on site: electricity according to consumption, additional firewood, visitor's tax, additional garbage bags that are needed

Our house is located on the sunny mountain of Leogang. The ski lifts are only 100 meters from the apartment. In front of the house is your car parking space. The apartment is reached via an external staircase (slope!). The apartment has 2 bedrooms with a total of 3 beds (1 crib is also possible). There is also a pull-out couch in the apartment. The sunny terrace overlooking the Leogang stone mountains or the Leogang grass mountains is an absolute highlight.

There are meadows and mountains at the house and the historic center of Mauterndorf is just around the corner.

The mountain hut invites you to relax with its flair, the numerous seats in the fresh air and a cozy wood-burning stove. There are shops right in the village and they can be reached on foot. In summer, the cabin can be reached by car, in winter it is a short walk.

Our family apartment has a space of 50 m2 and is suitable for 2 to 4 people. The apartment features a fully equipped living room/kitchen with fridge, dishwasher and small oven, a sunny balcony overlooking the beautiful mountain surroundings, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathroom and 1 toilet. The house has a ski cellar, where a drying installation for shoes and clothing has also been installed. Furthermore, the guest garden can be used.
