Mallnbach Apartments is located in the village of Mallnitz. The village is located in the beautiful Hohe Tauern, Carinthia. Mallnitz has its own ski area Ankogel (2636m), ideal for winter sports with kids but also for the more experienced winter sports enthusiast. A 20-minute drive away is the Mölltaler Glacier (3122m). Where you are sure of snow in the winter, you are in the right place in the summer for beautiful walks and bike rides. Mallnitz has a cozy village center, supermarket and bakery.

Our Waterfall View Suite offers 49 m² (527 sq. ft.) of space, featuring a living/dining area with a designer kitchen and a separate bedroom, allowing up to 4 people to sleep comfortably. In this Belle Époque house built in 1895, right in the historic city center of Bad Gastein, you can enjoy breathtaking views of the valley and the famous waterfall. As a starting point for the Kaiser Wilhelm Promenade, our on-site café/wine bar, with its wonderful sun terrace, invites you to enjoy fine drinks.

For your own use, we offer our approximately 200-year-old, completely renovated hut. This is where Alpine coziness meets modernity. Whether summer or winter, this stylish cottage offers the perfect accommodation for four people on around 50 square meters. It is located on a sunny slope. This rustic retreat is located near the Mölltaler glacier cable car and many destinations for hiking, climbing, skiing/hiking, canoeing and much more. Crispy cottage in nature, close to Salzburg

The Knusperhäuschen is located at 700 meters with a view over the Salzachtal, about 5 km from Golling, 25 km from Salzburg. Nestled in nature, in beautiful scenery. A small B&B is next door. You'll love the place because of the healthy wood construction, the tiled stove, the quiet location, terrace, a fantastic view. My place is ideal for couples and guests traveling with their pets. There are many hiking opportunities and attractions nearby.

Hausberger Alpine Lodge

100-year-old log cabin, which was demolished in the neighboring village in 2008 and rebuilt at our organic mountain farm. Particular care was taken in the use of natural building materials (reed, clay plaster, old wood). Traditional larch shingles serve as roofing. The house is heated by a large kitchen stove and a solar thermal system. The bathroom has underfloor heating. The cozy little house (75 m²) served as our residence for 10 years.

This unique property is located in the Hohe Tauern at 1000 m above sea level. Not only is the architectural style unique, but the view of the mighty mountains, lake and nature is simply beautiful! On the over 3800 m² plot there are still 2 core-renovated rustic log cabins that are over 200 years old and are also for rent. There is also a sauna for free use. Whether winter or summer, there are countless leisure activities within easy reach.

Make some memories at this unique and family-friendly place. The wonderful tranquility and the beautiful view of the Grossarl mountain and natural landscape is ideal for relaxing and recharging. In winter, Grossarl has a state-of-the-art ski resort with beautiful downhill runs and deep snow slopes. Since our house is located on a hill at 2.5 km mountain road snow chains are recommended in winter.
