The apartment is on the 2. floor and measures 34 square meters. The spacious living room and bedroom are combined, and the kitchen has a work area with all the necessary utensils and a dining area. It is well equipped. A small attic creates a special ambiance. Within walking distance, you are in the city center (main market) in just 2 minutes. There are bakeries, butchers and supermarkets in the immediate vicinity.

The cozily furnished apartment can be reached through a spacious staircase. An anteroom offers the possibility of storing street clothes and shoes. In the entrance area of the house is a terrace for sitting outdoors. The view is towards pasture and meadow. Barbecuing can be done on solid ground (observe the forest fire warning level) or sports can be played on the adjacent meadow. The quiet atmosphere allows a lot of relaxation.

The 74 m² apartment is a duplex apartment with hallway, living room, 2 bedrooms, kitchen, bathroom and large balcony. Smoking is only allowed on the balcony or outside (non-smoking apartment).
