We had a truly amazing stay at Martine's villa. Both Martine and Dalila are extremely accommodating, very friendly and welcoming. They were very responsive and flexible in catering for our needs and really looked after us. The villa is breath-taking and the kids especially loved the pool. We hired a car but Mougin has enough very walkable amenities too-such as boulangerie, tobac, pizza takeaway and restaurants 5/10 mins walk away. Old Mougin village is small and very picturesque (15 min walk), where we enjoyed looking at art and playing boules. (You can borrow boules from the tourist information office). We also enjoyed day trips in the region such as to Cannes, Nice, Saint paul de Vence and Grasse. This is a beautiful region and a beautiful house in which to relax and enjoy your holiday. We would really love to return and stay at Martine's villa again.

Had a fantastic stay at Jon's place in Villefranche. The house is set up perfectly for a family gathering and stands up to the pictures. Well located in the hills above Villefranche-sur-mer, it served as a great base for our family to explore the area around Nice.

There were three of us in the house in early May 2025 with Celine and Julien. Both are very accommodating and friendly, inquiries were answered promptly. Thanks for both of you. The house is perfectly located for visits to the surrounding villages and towns (Antibes, Cannes, Nice, etc.) as well as for starting long hikes. The pool offers a very nice and gladly used opportunity for refreshment afterwards. The rooms are very nice, the kitchen huge and invites you to cook with friends. We would always love to come again. We know we spent 4 very pleasant days, quiet in this large house surrounded by nature. The house is very well equipped and the spaces are very friendly. There are so many things to see and do all around that we'll have to come back ...

As in the bigger photos. Great for a family time, young and old loved it. Great view, terrace and pool, large kitchen, barbecue... nothing missing!

Very friendly host, always willing to help and quick to resolve any issues. Super fast responses and the place was in excellent condition. Highly recommended, and I’d definitely come back if I have the chance!

Honestly, this was probably the best Airbnb we’ve stayed at — and we’ve stayed in many across different countries. If you’re looking for a place to stay on the Côte d’Azur, just book this one. I spent over a week researching options, so I know pretty well what’s out there in this area, and I’m happy we ended up choosing this one. The location is amazing — literally one step from the beach. There’s a big grocery store right across the street, an underground parking garage, and a really nice infinity pool in the complex. The apartment itself is super well-equipped — everything is modern, from the blackout curtains to the shower. Villeneuve-Loubet turned out to be a great spot — calm and relaxing, but also perfect as a base to explore the French Riviera, Monaco, and even Italy (about 1.5 hours by car). Corinne was also a fantastic host — always quick to respond (usually within 5 minutes) and really helpful whenever we had a question. Highly recommended — we would love to come back!

We enjoyed our stay with Dominique to the fullest. The surroundings are fantastically beautiful - in the middle of nature, quiet and full of positive energy. Just the right place to unwind and relax. The house itself is lovingly designed and very well maintained. Dominique is a very warm and attentive hostess who is very committed to making sure that you feel completely comfortable. The apartment is located in a complex that is sometimes a little outdated. The apartment itself had everything you need, but I would not live there with 4 people, check in and check out, was quite straightforward and worked great. We loved the surroundings, the river with the cafes, good for jogging, it was beautiful. Thank you for everything, we enjoyed it very much

We had a wonderful vacation and we lacked nothing. Hervé is a friendly and accommodating host who was always available. The apartment was as described, we lacked nothing and we felt right at home. The location of the apartment is also optimal, especially the view of the harbor was very nice. We particularly liked the pool, because the beaches and especially the parking spaces were crowded. So refreshment was always guaranteed. The private parking space in the underground parking was also great. All in all we had enjoyed the time very much and will definitely come back.

I enjoyed a lot stay in Isabelle's apartment. It is located next to the beach so excellent for sea lovers. Apartment has all necessary kitchen equipment and fully furnished. It is nice as well to have an outdoor space to relax and spend cozy evenings

The maisonette not only looked just like the photos, it was actually better than the listing described! Such a wonderful location in the vieux village of Mougins with such a spacious and modern space - lots of room for cooking, dining, relaxing, and even doing laundry! Having a washer and drier were luxuries for our golf-oriented weeklong stay, and having one and a half baths pampered us. From the ability to build a fire on chilly nights to the gorgeous views from the terrace (which our little dog enjoyed!), we thoroughly enjoyed this home. On top of the home is Mougins itself! While this was a quieter time, restaurants were open and operating, and it was impossible to have a bad meal. We have stayed in Cannes previously and much preferred the calm elegance of this hilltop oasis. Highly, highly, highly recommend.

Sophie's house has a crazy charm and exactly matches the photos. A superb Belle Epoque villa with a Mediterranean garden rich in local plants offered in pretty pots with a personalized touch. The sea view from the bedrooms on the 1st floor and from the spacious terrace on the ground floor are a pure feast. We had an endless pleasure in this sublime region that we know well. Highly recommend!

Great place to stay in Cannes. The apartment has been done really well and has ample space for 3. Location is perfect being just the other side of the train station and a quick walk from central Cannes. Communication was really helpful and we had no issues at all. Thanks again!
