The house was very spacious and comfortable with everything you need and more to enjoy. The condominium is safe. Nice access to the beach and very attentive and helpful hosts.

Zenair is an incredible host, extremely solicitor and helpful, her care with every detail conveys the affection for the visitor, we feel at home in this location. The apto is super spacious, comfortable, fully equipped kitchen, very useful for those who want to cook. The location is another high point, a block of the large bar beach that in addition to great, allows for hiking with beautiful views to other beaches in the surrounding area that are fantastic and facing the way of Moses. Certainly a very worth hosting.

Very good stay! The house is spacious, well-equipped (it could have more support in the lower kitchen, but the top one is great, the only drawback is staying upstairs to use the kitchen from above, but the view is wonderful). Good location facing the sea, with calm water. Also, the pool of the house was always clean, with the swimming pool going every day of our stay and water was warm. Host Elias Patrick was extremely attentive, kind and resolute. We answered all our requests promptly during the stay. It is a great home to enjoy with children, family and friends. We will definitely return in the future!

The stay was great. Luciana was attentive and served us very well! Just a tip for guests, take repellent because there are a lot of mosquitoes. Plus, the house is great.

The house is the same as the listing. The sea bath in front of the house is simply wonderful. it is very well located, shops,bakeries and restaurants are very close. Carlos(host) helpful and attentive, .nos gave great tour tips. We answered we need it. Our stay was perfect. Thanks to Edjane, well kitchen (very good seasoning) in addition to daily cleaning. Anyway, thanks to Carlos and involved. it was PERFECT!!!

The house is in a townhouse, upper floor of a residence, right in the center of Maragogi, from the balcony you can see the beach. It is next to a police station and in front of a bakery, for those who are by car, have car spaces in front of the residence, but not a closed garage. Sra Aucely is very helpful, upon arriving on site, we made some requests, which have been met for ready employment. For Antunes Beach, it is about 10/13 min, for those who are by car, there is a parking lot that charges around 20 reais (May 2025). The house is very spacious, and has 2 fans, which assist in ventilation, in fact the rooms do not have windows, but leaving the doors balcony and open rooms, ventilates very well. The balcony has a network for comfort and rest.

The house is well located, meets well for the number of people informed in the description and very clean. Rafael responds very quickly, it is also resolutive in any need. Indico and I will definitely return!

Excellent location in São José da Coroa Grande (very close to the boat house and in front of the Calamares restaurant). The condominium is very quiet, organized and safe. Gislane is an excellent host, left everything impeccable for our stay, as well as demonstrating an unparalleled concern for our well-being and gave us excellent tips on places to make the most of the trip. Every Airbnb host should be like Gislane.

I loved the stay. Beautiful, organized and very close to the sea. The condominium has a large pool and the place is very quiet and safe, perfect for going with friends or family. I was 9 days in the house, with 8 people and two pets, it was a wonderful experience! The even more beautiful and personally organized house. Clean Pool, the amazing atmosphere for my whole family! The beach that is a few meters away is BEAUTIFUL! Super peaceful town hall, in the morning the sand benches allow us to walk and see the most crystal-clear water I've ever seen. In front of the beach there is no bar, so I recommend taking a cooler.

The house has all the amenities and was neat, ideal for many guests. But if you go with children and it rains, as happened to us, the location is not the most convenient because Uber was not so frequent and we were charged up to double for some trips (30 RL). Although some combis would pass through the route, it is not accessible (especially in the rain) and the road to get there is not nice.

Excellent accommodation... everything as shown in the pictures... We were 9 people and we were very comfortable, each bedroom with its private bathroom... It has everything you need for cooking and more. We had an incredible vacation. It is located meters from one of the most beautiful beaches of Maragogi; Playa de Antunes. Carina always answered the messages immediately. Claudia is the person who manages the place also super friendly and helpful. I recommend it!

Marisa's house is beautiful. It is located in a quiet and neat condominium with an exit to the sea. Super comfortable, each room with its full bathroom. The kitchen is not missing anything, it has everything you need and more!! The house comes with everything you need to really rest and take care of being happy. Marisa is amazing, super warm. He gave us local information, places to eat, shop, etc. Every time I contacted her she answered me right away. The stay exceeded our expectations widely!!

The house is quite cozy and is within a very well located condominium, between the beach of São José and Peroba, which are beautiful and excellent for bathing. I went on the November 15 holiday and the condominium was not full, which gave us a lot of privacy and tranquility, the employees are helpful. The house has a garage for 2 cars but has more vacancies inside the condominium for visitors. I thought the experience was worth the price.

Spacious, clean, well-organized house, super-equipped kitchen, excellent beds, bed linens and bath towels. The balcony is spacious and perfect for a nice barbecue. Everything you need to settle on the sand and enjoy the sea, tables, chairs, umbrella, cooler and even a bucket for the kids. Very friendly treatment and predisposition at all times. The area where the house is located is not one of the most beautiful, but the beach is very nice and is 200 meters away!. There are also many other beaches nearby. Ideal if you like to tour!

I went with my family to Maragogi and stayed at Geazy's home. The house equal to the ad, has 3 bedrooms being 1 suite, a social bathroom, garage for 1 car, barbecue, kitchen items and everything necessary to feel at home. He explained everything to us, gave us recommendations of bakery, supermarket. The house is in a very quiet street, with several inns, at the end of the street it is possible to see the sea. Anyway, this house is excellent, clean, well cared for, has all the utensils, wide, very airy! I recommend it and would stay again. Initially, the host is very solicitous. Space very welcoming and very well located. For those who are Catholic, the main church is less than 50 meters away. São Bento is very calm and suitable for those who want to rest. sea of warm waters, excellent for relaxing. I'll be back as soon as I can.
