I would like to congratulate the host Felipe for the great lodging we had, the apartment is very well taken care of and with excellent space for 4 people, or even 6, is very good. It is my second time in this resort and the place is very well taken care of, the front beach with structure of chairs and parasol, in short, the only need for lodging that I found, is that I would have to have some beach stall closer to the resort, because the restaurant of the same does not serve on the beach, but this is beyond the control of Felipe/resort, so my review is excellent. The beach of the rams is one of the prettiest in Brazil!

Great accommodation, sophisticated environment, clean, well equipped and with pleasant decoration. The condominium is excellent and the pool is the strong point, it is giant and the water is hot until closing time (22:00). Perfect location, easy to find, close to paradisiacal beaches and next to a cool restaurant. Karina responds quickly and has been very solicitous despite the fact that I don't even need to contact you after check in. I intend to return soon and would recommend to anyone.

The flat is a foot in the sand, really good! Quiet locale with very good beach even… they form natural pools as the tide lowers. I found the beach in front of the flat much better than the beach where the beach is located. As for the accommodation, I can say that it is very comfortable with new bedding and towels with several amenities, not to mention the private pool. I highly recommend it.

A very beautiful condominium, clean pool, new accommodation, very beautiful, comfortable beds! Most retired locale, but it was good because we were able to stay in a strategic location to get to know several beaches !

The apartment is designed with a lot of warmth and love from a family. If you travel with kids it's to arrive and make yourself at home. The children's room has a night lamp, toys, books, beach toys and a distribution of the Camas that make it very cozy. The rooms are very well distributed, you can be on the balcony looking at the sea, another person can be in the living room listening to music or watching TV, two other people may be sitting at the dining table, and in addition you still have the upper floor with the two rooms. You have two full bathrooms. It really has it all. The views of the apartment, the amenities of the condominium, the paradisiaca beach in front of it are everything. The price seemed excellent and the services and details within the apartment make the stay very pleasant. We'll definitely be back!!

The Resort is well located, with great structure, clean and many leisure options. The flat has a good space for a couple or a couple with 1 child, equipped kitchen, gourmet balcony, great facilities. We recommend it.

In and I really enjoyed the listing! Beautiful, well decorated, cozy. The apartment is very well equipped, has everything in the drawers and cabinets, from cleaning items to cooking and table setting items. Everything very clean and neat. It is well located, access is very simple. It is not necessary to take any dirt roads and it is on the main road. Even on the main road, it's very quiet. The condominium is very nice: it has a swimming pool, garage and a simple gym, as well as outdoor tables and chairs for meals and snacks in an open space, if necessary. Despite having a pool in the condominium, it is very quiet and you cannot hear the children playing in the pool when you are inside the studio. Japaratinga is really cool! With quiet beaches all year round, calm waters even at high tide. There are good restaurant options nearby. I recommend PizzaMia for dinner! Check-in and checkout were very easy to do and the photos in the listing match what we saw.

Flawless apartment, complete all furnished, full kitchen, we were in 7 people and super comfortable, also wonderful condominium, waterfront and excellent pools also without the pool bar that makes a total difference. The apartment is in the block closest to the beach without a doubt also a differential. Anyway we love the experience the super attentive Leonardo quickly responded to the messages and gave great local tips.

The beach on the front, perfect! When dry, give for a good walk. And dry or full, the sea bath is wonderful! It also has two nearby beach stalls with delicious food. Extremely organized and clean house. Everything you need is on-site. In a gated community, which gives more security. Close to the beach, which is great for swimming and a swimming pool inside the condominium, which we found very clean during the stay. Luis responded quickly to the information and well requested. The host was very receptive, gave great tips from affordable restaurants and beaches, improving our stay. About the location is very accessible, it is close to the center, craft fair, a few minutes from the beach.

The listing of the house does not do it justice. The house, in addition to being beautiful, comfortable and luxurious, is really in the best condominium in Carneiros. The beds are comfortable, with very good bedding, wonderful comforters, quality utensils, super beautiful and comfortable furniture. The girl works in the house, Dinha, knows how to cook very well, and when we woke up the breakfast was served on the gazebo table. We took a lot of food from home and Dinha helped in everything, always helpful and polite. We particularly liked the fact that there are two very large refrigerators, so we were able to accommodate things well without agony. The condominium is another beauty apart. Well taken care of, with a pool in front of the house (the children played without us having to leave the house). The stretch of the beach is already at the beginning of the river, but, besides the water being very tasty for the bath, it was further away from the confusion of the village. The security staff is well-trained, we feel at peace to enjoy. I indicate without fear of making a mistake.

Great stay! I went with my family and we had all the support needed for incredible days! Super well-equipped house, very close to a stretch of practically deserted beach, too gorgeous! The house has everything: from beach tent and chairs, to a super-equipped kitchen, air conditioning in the living room/kitchen, soft towels for beach and bath, a wonderful heated pool, plus a barbecue area... No words to thank Antonio and Mariluze, a collaborator who gives extraordinary support during the stay. Already looking forward to coming back again!

Great location, the region is wonderful. The beach is practically the backyard of the house, which in turn is a spacious and cozy accommodation as in the photos. Great choice for family travel
