Tranquility and elegance. A super top house that I modeled for my getaways to Venice. It took me a year to find it and almost two years to fix it up—it's brand new. I wanted to see the water from the windows, and the gondolas and boats passing by. An incredible water gate! A quiet area away from the tourist crowds, yet centrally located and close to the most beautiful and authentic part of Venice.
