Tranquility and elegance. A super top house that I modeled for my getaways to Venice. It took me a year to find it and almost two years to fix it up—it's brand new. I wanted to see the water from the windows, and the gondolas and boats passing by. An incredible water gate! A quiet area away from the tourist crowds, yet centrally located and close to the most beautiful and authentic part of Venice. An entire apartment with a Venetian style decor, in a private palazzo from the 1600's, with a STUNNING VIEW. Situated on the 1st floor, the apartment has one large bedroom with a queen sized bed. The bathroom is spacious and equipped with a big shower.The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, toaster, kettle and a Nespresso machine. The entrance opens up into a very big living area with a canal view where you can sit and basically touch the water while you are enjoying a glass of wine.

The Church Lodge - Rialto Bridge

The apartment is inside the church called "Chiesa di SAN GIOVANNI ELEMOSINARIO" one of the oldest churches in the Rialto area built in the 11th century, the only church saved from a fire that broke out in the 15th century and by 1700 it had become the priest’s house. The apartment is completely renovated and is a 2 minute walk from Rialto Bridge. It has 2 bedrooms, big living room with fully equipped kitchen. The bathroom has a shower with chrome therapy. One week before arrival you will be asked to provide a guest's ID, along with the payment of the cleaning fee (€50 for the group) and the accommodation tax.
