Das Haus wird mit einem Pellet Ofen beheizt dieser muss ausgesaugt und befüllt werden (Wir übernehmen das gerne für Sie). Die Nutzung des Badezuber gehört nicht zu diesem Inserat, kann aber Optional vor Ort angefragt werden.Der Pool ist von April bis September aufgebaut und überdacht so wird etwas Sonnschutz gewährleistet.

Detached country house in meadows and forests in an absolutely secluded location. Hiking/bike trails start directly at the house. There is a great covered grill with a fireplace. The beautiful garden can be used in many ways. A table tennis table, a kicker and a dartboard are in the double garage and offer fun in any weather. The beautiful antique country house style immediately invites you to relax. The kitchen is well equipped. Outside of the holidays, we can often extend the check-in/out.

The 37 m² one-room apartment is located on the first floor of a farmhouse in the village center of Marburg-Hermershausen and is accessible through the shared staircase. Real wood parquet, tiled floor as well as a solid wood kitchen, solid wood furniture and natural textiles invite you to feel good. The spacious bathroom has a floor-level shower, the kitchen offers a double-burner ceramic hob, microwave and exhaust hood. Wi-Fi is available. If necessary, a washing machine can also be used.

My place is good for couples, solo travelers, families (with kids), and dogs. The renovated half-timbered house is located in the hamlet of Schmitten. A hamlet is a very small residential development with approx. 10 houses. Pure idyll.
