Soggiorno meraviglioso immerso nella natura e nella tranquillità. La struttura è perfetta per chi cerca un po’ di pace e vuole staccare dalla frenesia quotidiana, circondato da aria pulita e paesaggi rilassanti. Yuri è un host estremamente cordiale, disponibile e pratico: ci ha fatto sentire subito a nostro agio. Abbiamo trascorso dei giorni bellissimi e lo consigliamo vivamente a chiunque desideri rigenerarsi.

Appartamento pulito e con tutto l'occorrente. Accoglienza amichevole e accurata. La zona è tranquilla. Siamo stati bene e abbiamo fatto una piacevole colazione al sole sul terrazzino. Grazie!

Judith und Piero haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen, wir haben uns gleich sehr willkommen gefühlt. Der Blick von der Terasse bietet eine grandiose Aussicht über Täler und Hügel bis zu den verschneiten Bergen. Es stand sogar eine Flasche Willkommenswein und ein Obstkorb bereit, sehr angenehm nach langer Anreise. Die Wohnung war voll ausgestattet, wir konnten uns in der Küche problemlos selbst versorgen. Judiths Restauranttips haben wir gern wahrgenommen und waren begeistert. Insgesamt ein rundum gelunger Aufenthalt für den wir Judith und Piero sehr dankbar sind.

Lucia was great, she was very helpful and very responsive. She made sure we arrived safely. She recommended great local restaurants. If you’re arriving at night the apartment can be hard to locate as the streets are a little dark but it’s to be expected as it’s in a historical part of town. The parking is easier to find later in the evening as it’s quieter. Lucia messaged regularly helping us with directions so that was great. The apartment was really good, very clean and comfortable. Great aircon and facilities. She prepared everything really well for us. The area is beautiful. Highly recommend! We loved our stay!

Come ho gia espresso con le cinque stelle, ottimo tutto sia Alessio disponibilissimo che la casa super pulita in tutto. Sono stato con mia moglie e la mia bambina proprio in totale relax che era quello di cui avevamo bisogno. Peccato solo il poco tempo altrimenti saremmo stati anche oltre la settimana. Consigliatissimo e spero di ritornarci appena abbiamo un po di tempo

A big spacious apartment in a great location - easy short walk from the train station and a couple of minutes to the cathedral. Large supermarket practically opposite the front door. Didn’t interact much with the owner after check in - more because there was no need. Recommended.

I really enjoyed my stay here but mainly to Barbara. She was always available to me and helped me with some questions ! It was an easy location to the rest of Citta di Castello and walkable to anywhere I needed to go. I would recommend this space to any traveller who wants an easy place to stay in Umbria. It is central to many towns in the area.

Wir hatten einen rundum tollen Aufenthalt in Paolas Wohnung. Die Lage ist überragend - man braucht gerade mal 5 Minuten an den Strand. Die Wohnung selbst ist genau wie auf den Bildern. Man hat alles was man braucht und die Kommunikation mit Paola ist super. Da die Durchgangsstraße nahe der Wohnung liegt, ist es auf der Terrasse etwas laut manchmal. Aber das hat uns nicht gestört, da abends wenig Verkehr ist und man so nah am Strand ist, dass man sich die meiste Zeit dort aufhält. Für unseren Hund war die Wohnung auch ganz toll, da beide Gärten eingezäunt sind. Wir können die Unterkunft nur empfehlen!

Great place in Assisi! Cristina was responsive and very helpful. We drove a car and she met us and showed us where to park. She also provided recommendations for food the following morning. The apartment is so unique and beautiful.

La signora Stefania è molto disponibile, ci ha consigliato molti posti belli da visitare. Appartamento molto carino, con tutto il necessario. Ci siamo sentiti a casa.

We used Roberta’s place to explore the beautiful hill-top villages of Umbria & it was great to have such a comfortable apartment to come back to every day. Although you do need a car to maximise your trip, we did walk to the local winery & also caught the bus for a day trip to Perugia. The swimming pool was fantastic & we enjoyed the beautiful sunsets. Roberta is a friendly & communicative host, yet very much respected our privacy as well.

we had a wonderful and relaxing time surrounded by magnificent landscape in Davids home. the cities close by were worth a trip to see the cultural influences of the region. The apartment was perfect for our family of four and we alll enjoyed some calm hours there and at the pool area. We will definately come again!

Danielle was super friendly and responsive and if you like to cook the kitchen is very well equiped.

Michele’s apartments are one of the best i’ve ever been to! It was super-clean and cosy where you can feel yourself like home, a lot of space and we fell in love with balcony! You feel it is not just a flat to rent, but really somebody’s home, and it is fantastic! All what you can need is provided and even more! Washing and dishwashing machines, ironboard and iron, air conditioner etc. Location is just perfect - close to the sea and old city, but not in the touristic area, rather residential, but you can reach center in 20 minutes on foot. Parking slots always were available next to the building or 2-3 mins walk (in September). Michele and Beatrice are very communicative and reply to all the questions promptly. We loved staying at Casa Beatrice and if we come again - we will stay there! I highly recommend Casa Beatrice to everyone coming to Senigallia!

La struttura è ben gestita, estremamente pulita e dotata di ogni comfort, rendendo il soggiorno piacevole e rilassante. È una base perfetta per visitare le meravigliose Assisi, Perugia e i tanti splendidi borghi dell’Umbria, tutti facilmente raggiungibili. Un ringraziamento speciale a Gianmario, il proprietario, per la sua gentilezza e disponibilità nella comunicazione, e a Nazareno, il gestore, che ci ha accolto con grande calore e attenzione, facendoci sentire subito a casa.
