The tourist tax of 2.4 euros per person per night is included in the price. On over 70m2, the holiday apartment offers everything you need. It has a bedroom with a large bed (200cm x 200cm), a sofa bed (160cm x190cm) in the living area, an open kitchen with dining area, fireplace, a bathroom with bathtub and shower and a separate toilet. Thanks to the pull-out sofa bed in the living area, the holiday apartment can accommodate 4 people. From a spacious terrace you have a wonderful view of the Traunstein, Traunsee and the surrounding mountains. The holiday apartment is surrounded by greenery and is the perfect starting point for excursions in the Salzkammergut. Important: - The nearest supermarket is 3 kilometers away. - The house is located on a mountain at an altitude of 500 meters and can only be reached by car. - Me and my children live on the floor above the holiday apartment. - I own a dog, but it is child-friendly. -For the city of Altmünster, a tourism expense of 2.40 euros per night and person is paid, which is already included in the price and is not charged additionally. -Cleaning costs are included in the price

Apartment (2nd floor) located in the middle of the cities of Enns, Linz, and Steyr, which can be reached in about 20 minutes. The apartment is in the countryside and in a very quiet location. Local shops in the village (approx. 1.3 km). The apartment is fully equipped, has two large living-bedrooms (30 sqm and 18 sqm), a kitchen (approx. 16 sqm), a BA and a large entrance hall. The apartment is on the second floor with a private entrance. Certain garden areas can also be used. Musicians are welcome! Pets are not allowed.

Lovely two bedroom apartment in Grein

We are located 100m away from the center of Grein. 150m from the train station. 200m away from the Donau. It is very peaceful here. The apartment is located in our house, but it has a separate entrance. So it is private. There are several places to eat, not too far away from us. There is a pharmacy right up the street and 2 local supermarkets. The city tax is 2,40€ per person per night. By Austrian law I am required to input a personal identification into the Austrian data base
