Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Maricá

We really enjoyed our stay at the flat. Very easy check in. The flat was lovely and very clean. Thoughtful welcome gifts. The gym was a bonus. But the best thing is the view - we had the benefit of 4 fabulously sunny days but the view is absolutely spectacular. A great place to stay in Rio and a great hosting team who really made us feel welcome.

This is the second time we've stayed and it's excellent!

This apartment is a little dream, compact in the most charming way. Every detail felt so thoughtful. From the curated design objects to the vintage furniture, everything had soul. We slept wonderfully up on the mezzanine, in the rose-colored bedding, which I really loved :) Waking up to that view each morning made it all feel a little cinematic. Vítor was incredibly kind, helpful, and always just a message away. The neighborhood felt safe, and getting around was super easy. Ubers were always nearby. There’s even a small washing machine for light laundry loads. Truly, this place had everything we needed and more. Highly, highly recommended. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I had a great stay at Maison Ipanema Prime. It was my first time in Rio, and being right next to the water, right next to all of the nice restaurants, grocery stores, and wonderful activities made it very enjoyable. I did a lot of research before coming to Rio and was told to be careful, as some areas may not be safe, but around the BNB and Ipanema as a whole, I never felt unsafe, which put me at ease! Christiane was also very kind and helpful, checking in with me to make sure I was taken care of! All together, I'm glad I stayed here. I had a great time and am looking forward to coming back soon! Also, a big plus was good Wi-Fi!!!!

Amazing location! This is a nice area of Ipanema. Few mins walk away from the beach. Great restaurants and many stores nearby. Discovered a new favorite chocolate store Dengo and brazilian perfume store Granado few blocks away. Felt safe and secure during our whole stay. The building has a guard. Space is clean and comfortable as photos show. Jose is very helpful and easy to communicate with. Made our stay in Rio memorable. Thank you!

Loved the stay! Clean rooms, fresh, smelly linen, linen, and fresh towels. Very well cared for environment and great location. We are very well received by Ricardo, who was very attentive and kind to us. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend.

The house has a great structure! It is close enough for those who live in the neighboring cities and far enough from other houses on the street. Which makes it perfect for celebrations with family and friends without causing any kind of problem with neighbors. It has spacious rooms and two kitchens with everything you need. The yard is the great strong point! There's no shortage of space. It was definitely the best choice I made for my event!

The house has a cinematic view, we didn't even end up going to the beach and just staying in the pool enjoying the view. The house has no great luxuries but is cozy. The pool is good in size, as is the living room and barbecue area. The only thing we had was in relation to the fans, some were not working. The host kept in touch at all times and was very concerned about resolving any problem, especially on the day the city's light went out and he arranged for a generator not to be affected.

Eduardo and Camille's flat is amazing and we had a perfect stay. With a breathtaking view, the place is beautifully decorated and spotless clean. The hosts are also very kind and responsive. I felt right at home and I will for sure be going back. 10/10.

I had an excellent stay! The location is great, with easy access to various points of the city and very close to Maracanãzinho — which was a differential for me. The condominium is very safe, well maintained and has super attentive doormen and efficient management. The apartment is extremely comfortable, with cozy beds and all rooms air-conditioned, which made all the difference. A very positive point is also the shower, which works well even in the event of a power outage. The host was always very helpful and attentive throughout the stay, showing true care to ensure that everything was in order. This brought a lot of peace of mind and confidence. I highly recommend and I would definitely stay again!

Amazing stay! Close to everything; bakery, market, warehouse, subway, bus stop. Not to mention that next to the apartment there is a very famous restaurant with great prices that is open until 2 or 3 a.m. So I felt super safe arriving late. It would always return!

I just have to thank Fernanda for all the support she gave me. Location near the center of Lapa, you can walk easily, everything is nearby. The concierge was extremely polite with me, towels, bed linen, extremely fragrant environment. My birthday in Rio was wonderful, and much of it has to do with this wonderful stay, I hope to return again.

Great place to stay, accommodates 9 people very well, we don't use the kitchen much but it's very well equipped, very good showers with hot water, it's in a great location, there are a lot of restaurants, cafes, supermarket, pharmacy, the beach is all close by, you don't hear the street noise.

The apartment is exactly as described, it has all the necessary amenities for a great stay (including for long stays). Excellent location, one block from the beach and close to shops (market, pharmacy, bakery, restaurants, etc.). Communication with Joaquim was very fast and clear, he was always very polite. On my next trip to RJ, I'll stay in the same apartment!
