Holiday rentals with a washing machine and dryer in Rio de Janeiro

Very nice and recommended apartment with a great location near Copacabana (only one block away). There was a supermarket directly under the complex that carried everything essential. The apartment was as described in the pictures and very clean. We would book again.

I had a great stay in Rio in June..the apartment is very conveniently placed near restaurants, pharmacies, supermarkets, the metro and much more. The double bed is comfortable and a strong hot shower makes your day. The best part of all is the seamless easy check-in...I loved it....I hope to be back soon...

A good place to stay, super central if you want to go by bus or subway, as you can move around the city using public transport. If you want to use Uber and go to the beaches, the price is around 40 Reals. At the entrance, they were always attentive to entry and there were never any delays. Of course, at night it is a place with almost no people (like almost all of downtown Rio) and dark, it was not unsafe at any time but keep that in mind. If you want to stay in the center to be close to the classic area of RJ, it is a good place. We walked to the cathedral, Lapa arches, selaron staircase and many other attractions.

The stay was lovely, perfect walking distance to the beach and lots of restaurants and shops. Dejanira was extremely helpful and responsive and had some great suggestions. Definitely will stay here again when we come back !

The apartment is absolutely beautiful with everything you could ever need. The best neighbourhood in Rio. Beautiful community. We can't recommend this apartment enough. It was even better than the photos. Everything was so easy from checking in to checking out. The most hospitable hosts. So many local shops, bars and restaurants all in a few minutes walk away and we were literally minutes away from the local beach.

We had a wonderful stay! Space is exactly as described — clean, well decorated and very comfortable. The location is excellent, with easy access. The host was super attentive and helpful throughout the stay, always available to ask questions and give good recommendations. We would definitely go back and recommend it to everyone looking for a pleasant stay in the area!

It was a great stay! The house is very spacious and has a lot of natural light and tall ceilings for air to flow through which made it nice to relax in at all times. The rooms all have fans or ventilators as well. The area is perfect as you are right near the botanical gardens and close to the restaurants and bars in Leblon / Gávea. It is also only about a 15 minute walk to the beach. The added amenities such as a well equipped kitchen, washing machine and TV were very nice to have. Patrick was also very responsive and flexible. A very large house, with common areas above the average buziana, which allowed all guests spaces for good get-togethers. The swimming pool is a show apart. Enorme, good depth, kept warm in the night, only with the temperature of the day. Generous barbecue, with great suction of smoke through the chimney, leaving no smell of smoke on the guests' clothes. The place is absolutely beautiful. It’s comfortable, the bedrooms and bathrooms were all really well equipped, cleaned and decorated. The view from de terrace is amazing. Francisca and her husband were in charge of our breakfast and house cleaning, they were super welcoming and always available for us. We loved and super enjoy our stay at Tiagos place! Hope we can visit again soon!

We had a wonderful experience in this charming cabin! The location could not be better, at the same time reserved and private, but very close to excellent restaurants and a delicatessen that meets all our needs, including delivery. The house is extremely well cared for, offers everything you need and is perfect for resting, enjoying the fireplace and having a barbecue. Very nice place. Close to everything on foot, such as restaurants, grocery stores and the beach nearby. This sector is also safe. A very nice shopping center right next door and the view from the apartment is beautiful

Amazing stay! Close to everything; bakery, market, warehouse, subway, bus stop. Not to mention that next to the apartment there is a very famous restaurant with great prices that is open until 2 or 3 a.m. So I felt super safe arriving late. It would always return!

Alexandre is simply the perfect host, always helpful before, during and even after check-outs. The apartment itself was impeccable. Everything was perfect, from cleaning to check-in and check-out. It is basically down to the beach so the location could not be better. I enjoyed my 14 days there and will most likely come back

Great place to stay, accommodates 9 people very well, we don't use the kitchen much but it's very well equipped, very good showers with hot water, it's in a great location, there are a lot of restaurants, cafes, supermarket, pharmacy, the beach is all close by, you don't hear the street noise.

The apartment is exactly as described, it has all the necessary amenities for a great stay (including for long stays). Excellent location, one block from the beach and close to shops (market, pharmacy, bakery, restaurants, etc.). Communication with Joaquim was very fast and clear, he was always very polite. On my next trip to RJ, I'll stay in the same apartment!
