Our hope is that like-minded people who enjoy the “zen” atmosphere of our home would appreciate their time spending here. ‘Healthy corners’ underneath pine trees and sunny terrace will allow you to switch off completely and get recharged your batteries. Huset har to soveværelser, en dobbeltseng og 2 seperate, hyggelig stue med spiseplads og sofa samt en overdækket 3 terrasser - den ene med overdækning. Udenfor kan du nyde et vildmarksbad og en solopvarmet udendørsbruser. Kun 800 meter fra Danmarks bedste strand, tæt på golfbane, Bøtøskoven og indkøb. Beliggende på en lukket grund med plads til hund, er det ideelt til en ferie i ro og natur. Der er cykler, gratis strøm, vand, brænde mv.

Feriebolig tæt på torvet i Marielyst, kort gå afstand til sandstrand og 1,8 km til 18 hullers golfbane. Bo tilbagetrukket men midt i byens pulserende liv, med restauranter, butikker, feriestemning, aktiviteter, gåture og hygge. Boligen kan i sommer højsæson kun bookes fra fredag til fredag. Så kan I nå at deltage i hyggelige arrangementer der er i løbet af weekenden. Resten af året er der frit valg. Udtjek kl. 11, samt indtjek fra kl 16. Udlejes ikke til ungdomsgrupper og håndværker grupper.

Kun 1 minut til stranden

Læn dig tilbage, og slap af i dette rolige og afslappede sommerhus. Helt nyrenoveret i 2022. Helt ugeneret baghave med plads til leg,hygge og vildmarksbad. Når du parkerer bilen kan du kigge ned af den lille sti til stranden. En af de bedste strande med kun 60 meters gang fra boligens grund. Helt unik beliggenhed. Marienlyst by ligger kort køre afstand hvor der er supermarkeder, restauranter, minigolf, og den bedste isbutik. Det er privat hus, så der er rent og pænt, men ikke hotelstandard 😊.

Privat og solrig have. To store solterrasser, udendørs bruser med varmt vand, stort vildmarksbad med jacuzzi. Kun 8 minutters gang fra sandstranden. Huset er ældre men nyrenoveret, med nyt køkken, badeværelse, møbler og nye senge. Indhegnet have, for hunde og børn To soveværelser med 160 x 200 cm senge. Køkkenet er fuldt udstyret, og du finder de mest basale ting som krydderier, kaffe osv. Her er en helt særlig ro, og mulighed for at vågne op til rådyr i haven. 90 minutter fra Københav

Når du kommer ind i huset falder roen som et andet skønt retreat. Dagligstue og et charmerende landkøkken danner rammen til 3 skønne soveværelser, når man enten skal have en lur eller en god nattesøvn. Haven er skøn og meget privat. Overalt på ejendommen er der skønne hyggekroge både for voksne og børn. Kommer I flere end 5 personer, så er der også et anneks som kan tages i brug. Her kan nemt være 2 ekstra og op til 4 personer, hvis det fx er 2 voksne og 2 børn 15 min gang til stranden

Summerhouse in nordic design with many activities

Welcome to our "sommerhus". It is 135m2 and located 700m (10 minutes) from the beach and Marielyst's center. During the renovation, we attached great importance to sustainable materials, Nordic design and a wide range of activities. The house has 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, heated pool, outdoor shower, sandpit, playhouse, smart TV, WiFi and activity room with table tennis, table football and a climbing wall. Ægte sommerhusstemning.

Kom ned i gear i dette fantastiske sommerhus, hvor I helt sikkert vil føle jer hjemme, når I træder ind af døren. Her er loft til kip, stort leverum og alt, I behøver for en afslappende weekend eller længere ferie. Huset står på en skøn fuldt indhegnet naturgrund med 10 min gang til Danmarks bedste strand, tæt på minigolf, golf og den skønne Bøtøskov. Nyd aftenen foran brændeovnen, med en gåtur til stranden eller på terrassen med et glas hygge i hånden. Velkommen❤️
