Everything was great!

We felt super comfortable in Irina's apartment. It was bigger than it appeared in the photos, very well maintained and apparently freshly renovated. The view from the balcony was great and the house was very quiet. We easily found a parking space in the street. A Mexican restaurant is a 3-minute walk away - the Edeka with bakery is similar. We would come back.

Super great apartment, very nice hostess. Very helpful. I'm sooo excited. I highly recommend this apartment. The Kaufland is around the corner here. Also a great Italian with good food is within walking distance. The apartment is nice, modern and clean. I was able to relax in the sun on the balcony. Simply great. I'm booking it now 1 week later. Then I stayed with Mrs. Schirp for 4 weeks. 🥰 I'd love to come back.

Angelika and Volker are perfect hosts! We used the apartment as a base for different excursions and a concert visit. It is ideally located in downtown East and a lot within walking distance. There is a good baker and Edeka close by. We'd love to come back!!!

I did not expect to stay in Dortmund in such a beautiful and quiet area. There is a lot to reach on foot and in case of need you also have the e-scooters which are also fun to ride. Now to the accommodation I have already been to a few Air bnb's but this has been very convincing the landlord has been more than friendly and the apartment itself also offers a very nice and well-kept bathroom. I can only give my absolute recommendation and will definitely consider this Air bnb again on my next Dortmund visit just great:)

The apartment in Beyenburg was just beautiful! My parents felt completely comfortable. Everything was very clean and nicely decorated. Location is great and perfect. Absolutely recommended!

We were only there for a few days, but would have liked to stay longer. Merle and her husband are wonderful hosts and the apartment is beautiful. We'd love to come back again if we're in the area.

Recently, we stayed in this extremely welcoming apartment for the 2nd time. Our dog was of course also there again, and was as welcome as we were. There are a few small changes: colorful pictures on the walls, a new piece of furniture. The modern and "cool" style of the apartment is only supported. Fortunately, there's no change with the hosts. Very friendly and very affectionate young people who make your stay very pleasant from an interpersonal point of view. Many thanks to the family.

Iordanis' place was excellent in all respects - it was spacious, well kitted out, warm (as we visited in December) and homely. Access to ample parking was very useful too as we had two cars with us. Iordanis was a very responsive host and was accessible whenever we needed him. The Christmas tree with the lighting was a nice touch as well!

We've been here a second time, and it probably won't be the last. Simply perfect!

A wonderful stay! My girlfriends and I had the pleasure of staying at this charming place and it was just amazing! The apartment was spotlessly clean and very tastefully decorated which immediately created a cozy atmosphere. In addition, Anetta & Peter's place was equipped with additional amenities such as charging cables for mobile phone, iron and coffee. The location is perfect – quiet but still close to great restaurants and it's just a stone's throw to downtown Dortmund. The hosts were extremely friendly and welcoming. Anetta & Peter were always available if we had any questions. I particularly appreciated the flexibility of Anetta. The accommodation was still available at short notice and we were very grateful that everything went so smoothly. I can only highly recommend this accommodation and would come back at any time. We were in the beautiful Bergisch Gladbach for a few days in Umut's apartment. Umut is an excellent host. The instructions for the apartment worked perfectly. We felt very comfortable in the apartment. One floor above the apartment, there is a pool and a sauna that can be used. Shopping facilities are very easy to reach on foot. We would come back anytime, as it is a beautiful area and Umut is a great host.

Flexible checking in, could easily arrive late at night. Clean room with a nice kitchen and bathroom. Very friendly owner. Would come again!

Already during the arrival, we were informed by the Schröder family exactly how to best get to the accommodation. On site, we were then personally welcomed and briefed on the special features of the localities (shopping, restaurants) and the apartment. The Schröder family was very friendly, extremely helpful and also responded to our requests during the stay. The two-week stay was very pleasant and can definitely be recommended.

The apartment is exactly as described. Tastefully furnished with a very nice view into the scenery. With our dog, we were able to take beautiful hikes nearby. Maik was always available and also warned us about black ice. We are happy to recommend the accommodation.
