A stunning location right on the beach with beautiful views from the terrace. The house was very comfortable and well equipped and we had everything we needed for a very relaxing break. Angelica was very responsive and helpful. We hope to come back again!

Amazing location with private parking right across from the beach. The apartment was clean, tidy, and perfect for a family vacation. Laura and her husband were incredibly friendly and responsive—when we mentioned the pillows were a bit too small for us, they brought us extra ones the same day. Highly recommended!

A very comfortable place to stay. We utilised the garden and it was great to have that space. Beds were very comfortable. Maybe extra pillows and wine glasses would be a nice addition. Also more detailed instructions regarding heating, bins would be useful. That said, no complaints at all. We had a great stay.

It was a beautiful experience, we were found more than what was written in the description. The apartment was very nice and very clean, we had to buy very few things. The host has had a lot of care towards us, answering any small questions. We really appreciated the abundance of essential amenities offered by the host. I highly recommend the place to anyone who wants to spend a vacation in Civitanova Marche and its surroundings, and the place potentially allows you to move exclusively on foot. The umbrella left available to the apartment and soaps for the washing machine are also very appreciated. The house is well air-conditioned but still fresh at all hours of the day. If I were to return as a group to Civitanova Marche, I would definitely choose this apartment.

Our vacation was familiar, great hospitality and continuous availability. The house is super clean and equipped with everything you may need, washing machine, dishwasher and super equipped kitchen.... just like at home!! The location is the reason that made us choose Angela's house, and I have to say that, to get out of the gate, cross the street and be directly on the beach, for me it is priceless! Nearby there is everything you may need, right in front of the house there is a kiosk on the beach where you can have breakfast or quick snacks! In addition to the sea, the hilly area is beautiful and there are several very good proposals of restaurants that offer very good local cuisine. Highly recommended vacation!

We really enjoyed Marco’s beautiful house! We were really impressed by the house, the outdoor area, the surroundings and the peace and quiet. The swimming pool was amazing! Bigger than the pictures! The house was superclean, so beautiful decorated with rare art and nice furniture! The house and the outdoor area was even better than the pictures! Marco and his wife is super friendly and answers quickly to any questions you may have! Highly recommended place to rent! Would definitely go back! Thank you Marco for being so nice!

Casina is a characteristic and comfortable accommodation in the heart of Porto Recanati. The house is spread across three floors, furnished with care and equipped with all amenities. A few steps from the house, both the promenade with beach establishments and restaurants, and the center of Porto Recanati with all the services at your fingertips. Ideal for those like us who were on vacation with small children: you can move very well on foot and the evening ZTL guarantees tranquility and safety. If you then want to take a tour of the beautiful Marche hinterland (Recanati, Loreto, etc.), everything is easily accessible. Alessandro is a very kind, attentive and always super helpful host: a holiday with bows, we were divinely!

A really nice place, we were able to enjoy our stay very much. The house is quietly located in the countryside and has a great garden that you can enjoy both day and night. We were able to have a lot of fun in the pool and at the same time did not have to worry so much about our child, as the pool edge is nice and high and could not climb or fall alone. The house is tastefully designed and very spacious. It's only a few minutes drive to the nearest beach and there are also many other places to go nearby. Fabio, the manager, and also the owners themselves were very friendly and immediately on hand when we needed help. Thanks! :-)

The stay met all our expectations . The home is modern - it matches the description and photos from the announcement . There is air conditioning in every room. Each room offers a high standard. The kitchen is fully equipped. Very clean home. The girl who takes care of the villa ( Gaia) and the owner are very nice and helpful . They were always available, happy to provide tips on nearby attractions , restaurants, and answer any questions. All in all, it was a real pleasure to stay at this villa. Everything from the interiors, pool and location was top notch. I highly recommend this villa to anyone who dreams of a relaxing holiday in Italy on the Adriatic Sea !

Mariella and Marco are kind, welcoming and discreet at the same time. The house is in front of the beach, on the waterfront, but the greenery that separates it from the road makes it quiet. The garden with various plants and flowers is very well maintained and enjoyable, as is the pool. Small but ideal apartment for a couple, tastefully furnished. It's wonderful to be able to eat on the terrace, from which you can see the sea.

I stayed at the property for work. Upon my arrival, I was informed that I would receive a free upgrade and was assigned a room with a sea view. Everything was perfect.

Ideal location, a few steps from the sea and close to all services. The villa is spacious, clean and equipped with every comfort. The pool is fantastic, with a large and well-equipped sunbathing area. Marta was very kind and always ready to meet our every need. We will definitely be back! 5/5⭐️

My son and I enjoyed a great stay at Francesco's place. Our host went out of his way to be helpful. Effective air conditioning, comfortable bed plus sofa, stacks of hot water from the shower. Kitchen well provided with utensils, induction hob, milk in fridge, biscuits, coffee, sugar and cafetiere. Two televisions. Delightful outlook onto boats at the port. Major supermarket and restaurants all nearby. 11 minute walk to the seafront. For a small group of 1-3 people, this accommodation is hard to beat.

Spacious and functional accommodation. Close to the center and the train station. Very welcoming host who gave us all the useful information. Great value for money!We'll be happy to go back. Perhaps provide a microwave and an extra blanket. This is just a detail!We were very satisfied. We thank Mattia and his parents again for their kindness.

We booked Valeria’s place last minute whilst travelling, check in was smooth. There was a beautiful basket of essentials there, stocked with tea and coffee. Valeria’s place was in a good location, washing machine worked well. Very clean and tidy and the beds were extremely comfortable. Communication with Valeria has been the best we’ve had throughout our Italy trip. 10/10

We had a lovely and relaxing stay at Giulia's idyllic house. Everything necessary was on site and as described. We personally did not like the walking distance very much, but a few kilometers further there were more beautiful beaches. Overall, we enjoyed it and we will definitely come back one day.

The house is in excellent condition since it has been recently renovated; the place is spacious, clean and well-stocked. We were tenants during the Summer Jamboree period and found it convenient as it is located 5 minutes by bike from the main points of interest of the festival and because there are bars, bakeries and a discount for groceries around. The host stood out for kindness and availability, it was a really great stay. Again, thank you so much!

A beautiful home in Cesenatico. Myself and 5 friends stayed there very comfortably for 2 nights. The espresso machine was stocked, and the beds were comfortable. Less than 10 minutes walk to the train station or city center. Lovely all around!

We (married couple and three dogs) had a great holiday experience in every respect in the little paradise of Lorenzo & Monica. The house: maintained with a lot of love, care and pride, offers space inside and in the garden as well as privacy. The location: on the small hill enough far away from the hustle and bustle of tourists at the bottom of the promenade, but close enough to the sea (300m, small road down the slope), surrounded by greenery and nature. The hosts: flexible, polite and communicative (Lorenzo, with him the booking was arranged) as well as charming, helpful and host from Passion (Monica, who lives next door with her family). Maybe it is better if we stop with the praise now because we would like to come back next year - and don't want there to be no more space...;-) Grazie mille, Monica e Lorenzo!

Wonderful vacation as was also the house and its magnificent garden. We stayed a few days and we didn't want to leave anymore because we felt at home but with the difference being close to the sea and the countryside. Antonella and her husband ( The owners of the house ) are very kind and very helpful people.As soon as we arrived we had a beautiful welcome and immediately felt comfortable. Our dogs with that immense and beautiful garden had a lot of fun. Our kids on the nearby beaches made friends because it was full of children and amenities like beach games. If there was the possibility of giving the listing 10 stars, we would have given them all 10. PS. THE HOUSE IS MUCH NICER LIVE THAN THE PHOTOS ON THE SITE!! We recommend everyone to live this beautiful experience!!
