Potrei descriverla con un semplice: “wow” . Posto davvero incantevole e casa stupenda. Curata nei minimi particolari con una bellissima vista mare. Abbiamo soggiornato tre giorni e posso solo dire che mi sono sentita come a casa mia. La casa ha superato tutte le mie aspettative, è stata calorosa, molto pulita e accogliente ( come anche l’host Angelica, che la ringrazio infinitamente) . Era dotata di tutto il necessario, forse anche più del dovuto! Si trovano raramente questi gioiellini, quindi posso solo che consigliarla! Un posto davvero incredibile!!!😍 Ritornerò sicuramente 😊😊

Amazing location with private parking right across from the beach. The apartment was clean, tidy, and perfect for a family vacation. Laura and her husband were incredibly friendly and responsive—when we mentioned the pillows were a bit too small for us, they brought us extra ones the same day. Highly recommended!

Casa curata e carina corrispondente alla descrizione. Abbiamo trovato tutto il necessario e oltre. Tutto molto pulito e ordinato. Nei dintorni sono presenti ottimi ristoranti e la casa è a pochi passi dal mare. La zona è tranquilla. Unica pecca: la scala esterna per raggiungere il piano superiore, ma questo non ha impedito di goderci il soggiorno Davvero consigliata

È stata una bellissima esperienza, ci è stato fatto trovare più di quanto c'era scritto nella descrizione. L'appartamento era molto bello e molto pulito, abbiamo dovuto comprare veramente pochissime cose. L'host ha avuto moltissime premure nei nostri confronti, rispondendo a ogni piccolo dubbio. Abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo l'abbondanza di servizi essenziali offertaci dall'host. Consiglio caldamente il posto a chiunque voglia passare una vacanza a Civitanova Marche e dintorni, inoltre il posto potenzialmente consente di spostarsi esclusivamente a piedi. molto apprezzato anche l'ombrellone lasciato a disposizione dell'appartamento e saponi per la lavatrice. La casa è ben climatizzata ma rimane comunque fresca a ogni ora del giorno. Se tornassi in gruppo a Civitanova Marche sicuramente sceglierei questo appartamento.

We hebben een geweldige week gehad in het huis van Silvia. Vanaf het eerste moment voelden we ons echt thuis. Het uitzicht vanuit het huis op het meer is schitterend en de zonsondergangen zijn magisch. Het huis zelf is oprecht van alle gemakken voorzien. De bedden liggen heerlijk, de badkamers zijn perfect en de keuken is zeer uitgebreid. Verder valt ook op dat alles echt super schoon en netjes is. Er is veel tijd en moeite in gestoken om alles perfect te hebben. De omgeving is natuurlijk schitterend. Je hebt het prachtige meer in je achtertuin, maar je zit ook zo in Toscane. Er is dus meer dan genoeg te zien en doen. Silvia is verder een ontzettend fijne en aardige host. De communicatie verloopt heel prettig en snel en ze stuurt voor je aankomst al een hele uitgebreide uitleg en tips. En als er vragen tussendoor zijn staat ze direct voor je klaar. We hopen ooit nog een keer terug te komen.

We really enjoyed Marco’s beautiful house! We were really impressed by the house, the outdoor area, the surroundings and the peace and quiet. The swimming pool was amazing! Bigger than the pictures! The house was superclean, so beautiful decorated with rare art and nice furniture! The house and the outdoor area was even better than the pictures! Marco and his wife is super friendly and answers quickly to any questions you may have! Highly recommended place to rent! Would definitely go back! Thank you Marco for being so nice!

L'accueil de Cristina (maman de Marco) était impeccable, le logement propre, plutôt bien équipé (hormis l'absence de micro-ondes) et l'aire de jeux pour enfants/piscine sont formidables. Le logement est à 2km de la mer, dans une ambiance calme et un cadre magnifique.

Casina è una caratteristica e confortevole sistemazione nel cuore di Porto Recanati. La casa si sviluppa su tre piani, arredata con cura e dotata di tutti i comfort. A pochissimi passi dalla casa, sia il lungomare con stabilimenti balneari e ristoranti, sia il centro di Porto Recanati con tutti i servizi a portata di mano. Ideale per chi come noi era in vacanza con bambini piccoli: ci si muove benissimo a piedi e la ZTL serale garantisce tranquillità e sicurezza. Se poi si vuole fare un giro nel bellissimo entroterra marchigiano (Recanati, Loreto, ecc.), tutto è facilmente raggiungibile. Alessandro è un padrone di casa gentilissimo, attento e sempre super disponibile: una vacanza con i fiocchi, siamo stati divinamente!

Eine wirklich schöne Unterkunft, wir konnten unseren Aufenthalt sehr genießen. Das Haus liegt ruhig im Grünen und hat einen tollen Garten, den man sowohl bei Tag als auch bei Nacht genießen kann. Wir konnten viel Spaß im Pool haben und mussten uns gleichzeitig nicht so sehr um unser Kind sorgen, da der Beckenrand schön hoch ist und es nicht allein hineinklettern oder fallen konnte. Das Haus ist geschmackvoll gestaltet und sehr geräumig. Bis zum nächsten Strand sind es nur ein paar Minuten Autofahrt und es sind auch ansonsten viele Ausflugsziele in der Nähe. Fabio, der Manager, und auch die Besitzer selbst waren sehr freundlich und sofort zur Stelle, als wir einmal Hilfe benötigten. Danke! :-)

Our family (ages 3-66) had a wonderful week staying at Giorgio's villa. The villa is even more stunning in real life and we were blown away by the style, cleanliness and location. The pool is amazing. Our kids loved it. The villa is so private which made it even more perfect! Giorgio is a perfect host. We didn't finish at the airport until 9.30pm and then it was an hours drive and Giorgio waited up for us and guided us to the villa. He was incredibly kind and friendly and communication was easy and helpful. We would definitely come back and are so grateful to have experienced an amazing week in Altidona in a beautiful home. Thank you Giorgio for being so helpful with recommendations to cafes/restaurants. See you next year!

Where can I start...loved it, loved it, loved it! So much so that we asked to stay an extra night. The whole place is spotless, the grounds are beautiful and the staff makes you feel at home. Having the use of bycicles was very handy to get around too. Thank you, Village Tibiceco!

Pobyt spełnił wszystkie nasze oczekiwania . Dom jest nowoczesny -odpowiada opisowi i zdjęciom z ogłoszenia . W każdym pomieszczeniu jest klimatyzacja. Każdy pokój oferuje wysoki standard. Kuchnia jest w pełni wyposażona. Dom bardzo czysty. Dziewczyna opiekująca się willą ( Gaia) oraz właścicielka są przesympatyczne i bardzo pomocne . Zawsze dostępne, chętnie udzielały wskazówek dotyczących okolicznych atrakcji , restauracji i odpowiadały na wszystkie pytania. Podsumowując, pobyt w tej willi był prawdziwą przyjemnością. Wszystko, od wnętrz, przez basen i lokalizację było na najwyższym poziomie. Serdecznie polecam tą willę każdemu, kto marzy o relaksującym wypoczynku we Włoszech nad Adriatykiem !

Top niente da dire, host molto disponibile e gentile, casa perfetta per chi vuole tranquillità e mare

Wir hatten einen schönen und entspannten Aufenthalt in Giulias Idyllischen Haus. Alles notwendige war vor Ort und so wie beschrieben. Der Fußnahe Stand hat uns persönlich nicht sonderlich gut gefallen aber ein paar Kilometer weiter gab es schönere Strände. Im großen und ganzen hat es uns gut gefallen und wir werden sicher eines Tages wiederkommen.

La casa di Caterina è veramente un gioiellino! Pulita e ordinata, comodissima da vivere e in una posizione ottimale per raggiungere a piedi stazione e altri servizi così come il lungomare! Se tornerò a Porto San Giorgio sarà la mia prima scelta! Complimenti Caterina e grazie

Casa come da descrizione e foto, siamo stati benissimo. Gli spazi sono ampi, c’è tutto l’indispensabile per una vacanza di più giorni. Con le biciclette in dotazione si può raggiungere il mare in pochi minuti. Lo consiglio a chi ha bambini piccoli ! La famiglia che ospita è sempre pronta ad aiutare in caso di bisogno…

Wir (Ehepaar und drei Hunde) haben in dem kleinen Paradies von Lorenzo & Monica in jeder Beziehung ein tolles Ferienerlebnis gehabt. Das Haus: mit viel Liebe, Sorgfalt und Stolz gepflegt, bietet Platz innen und im Garten sowie Privatsphäre. Die Lage: auf dem kleinen Hügel genug weit weg vom Trubel der Touristen unten an der Promenade, aber nah genug beim Meer (300m, kleine Strasse den Hang hinunter), umgeben von viel Grün und Natur. Die Gastgeber: flexibel, höflich und kommunikativ (Lorenzo, mit ihm wurde die Buchung vereinbart) sowie charmant, hilfsbereit und Gastgeberin aus Passion (Monica, die nebenan mit ihrer Familie wohnt). Vielleicht ist es besser, wenn wir jetzt mit dem Lob stoppen, weil wir gerne nächstes Jahr wiederkommen wollen - und nicht möchten, dass es keinen Platz mehr gibt...;-) Grazie mille, Monica e Lorenzo!

Abbiamo soggiornato nella Casetta del Vicoletto per 4 notti. La casa è confortevole e perfetta per due persone. La posizione è ottima e consente di raggiungere a piedi sia percorsi di trekking, sia le principali spiagge. Leandro è un host attento e premuroso, sempre disponibile. Ci ha dato consigli e fornito indicazioni su cosa visitare.
