In the heart of the Périgord Limousin Regional Natural Park, 30 minutes from Limoges: at the exit of the village, past the stone bridge, the alley of old trees welcomes you in a bath of greenery. The wooded land on 6 ha is nestled in a meander of the small river, the Gorre. The mill is located along the head race; a bamboo grove softens the northern flank while to the south, the terrace of the cottage overlooks the edge of the woods. The facade mirrors the old dwelling house and the ruined barn.

Our extensive gardens are the perfect place to relax, or if you wish to venture further, there are plenty of walks from the front door. The charming wing includes a master bedroom on the first floor with adjoining pigeonnier for use as study or extra bedroom, while the ground floor comprises a spacious bathroom with walk-in shower, kitchen, open plan living/dining room and an exercise room.

Little Owl Cottage

Lovely cosy cottage for one or two set on our little French farm in the beautiful and peaceful North Dordogne countryside. The cottage is nestled in 30 acres of fields and woodland where you can watch our many animals pottering around enjoying their sunny French retirement! We are halfway between the pretty villages of Mialet and Saint-Jory-de-Chalais which are well serviced with shops, bars, restaurants and boulangeries. Both villages are less than 5 minutes by car or 30 minutes on foot.

This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay at the borders of Dordogne/Haute Vienne and Charente to recharge your batteries as a couple or family. Ideal place for walking in the forest and along the river. You will find in the immediate vicinity: An international golf course (3 km), a tennis court (5 km), equestrian center 2 km away, canoeing activity 1/4 hour away (Montbron) and Lake St Mathieu or Verneuil with beach 20 km away. Vous apprécierez y séjourner pour son confort et sa quiétude, avec sa terrasse exposée Sud-Est, son jacuzzi et son jardin (non clos). À NOTER : Jacuzzi inclus pour toutes locations entre le 1er mai et le 30 septembre. En dehors de cette période le jacuzzi est en supplément, sur demande.

In a protected, hilly and wooded environment of Charente Limousine, traditional Charente house, completely restored, located in a one-hectare park. Large 50 m2 family room. Large stone terrace shaded by a stone pine. Wood-burning stove in the living room. Located on the edge of the village with direct access to the paths. Ideal setting for athletes and/or families who want to enjoy nature and animals: Horses, sheep, chickens are present on the property.

Equipped with a high-end 3-seater jacuzzi and a swimming pool (open from June to September), our accommodation will also seduce you with its 2 bedrooms with very good quality bedding and its living room with TV including Netflix. The sofa is convertible, it will offer you an extra bed for 2 people. Our house also has a Wi-Fi connection and a dedicated office space, ideal for teleworking. Close to downtown St Junien and Oradour-sur-Glane.

Le Moulin Gite

Le Moulin is a self contained gite next to the pretty river Bandiat. It sleeps up to 7 people in 3 bedrooms. Guests enjoy a large private kitchen and living space and an en suite bathroom with every room. A cot may be added. Dogs are welcome for a charge of 10€ per night per dog. Le Moulin gite has a seating/BBQ area outside and access to the 8ha of grounds. There is a large woodburner downstairs and electric heating in the bedrooms.
