The chalet brings you calm and relaxation with the spa (heated to 37 degrees all year round) and a swimming pool (unheated) (opening mid-May). Thanks to the authentic, thick natural stone walls, it stays wonderfully cool in summer. The beautifully restored gite lies in the heart of the country but is close to the lovely historic village of Verteuil, one of the prettiest in Charente, dominated by a magnificent chateau with restaurants, wine cellar, and a small Sunday market. Le Moulin Gite

Le Moulin is a self contained gite next to the pretty river Bandiat. It sleeps up to 7 people in 3 bedrooms. Guests enjoy a large private kitchen and living space and an en suite bathroom with every room. A cot may be added. Dogs are welcome for a charge of 10€ per night per dog. Le Moulin gite has a seating/BBQ area outside and access to the 8ha of grounds. There is a large woodburner downstairs and electric heating in the bedrooms.
