Holiday rentals with a patio in Maspalomas

Very nice and clean bungalow, have everything you need to stay for long vacation. Renata is one of the best host i ever met. She was very helpful ,had prepared welcome snacks , we had food in frige to make very rich breakfast in the next day ! Thank you for everything i will come back next year

Great outdoor area with 5 pools. Plenty of sun beds. Outdoor and public areas very well maintained. Local Supermarkets and buses all convenient. Loads of restaurants in the area. Enjoyed a very relaxed stay. 😎

Cozy apartment,well located,very close to the beach and everything that is centralized in maspalomas and English playa. Comfortable bed,kitchen equipped with everything we need. A beautiful pool. I will come back for sure.

Great location! Walking distance to several beaches and restaurants. Great view of the sunset too! Just a small tip for future guests—if you prefer thicker or more supportive pillows, you might want to bring your own, as the ones provided are on the thinner side.

We had an amazing stay! The apartment was exactly as described—immaculately clean, well-equipped with everything we needed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. There was plenty of storage space, and the location was unbeatable—just a minute’s walk to restaurants and the marina, and only a few minutes from the beach. Everything was within easy walking distance. Puerto de Mogán is a truly magical place—peaceful, picturesque, and full of charm. We loved the marina, the quiet beach, spotting tropical fish in the clear water, and watching crabs on the rocks. The blossom-lined streets around the accommodation made it even more special. The town winds down around 10–10:30 PM, which suited us perfectly—it was ideal for relaxed evenings with a glass of wine, followed by a restful night and early morning walks for breakfast. Thank you, Evelyn, for your warm hospitality. We wouldn’t hesitate to return!

We (couple, 63 years old) spent a total of 11 nights in Maria's "paradise" in May 2025 and felt very comfortable. The small apartment is very tastefully furnished and offers complete amenities. From the towels to the bed linen to the coffee machine, everything was there and in really good quality. Particularly noteworthy is the comfortable (albeit rather narrow) bed and the excellent pillows. The absolute highlight is of course the huge roof terrace with a phenomenal view of the mountains and the sea. There, too, everything you could wish for was available in furniture...including comfortable upholstery.

We stayed for four nights in Barbara's apartment and had a very good time. The place was exactly as described, well-maintained, and welcoming. Barbara was always available and responded quickly to our every message, which we really appreciated. The location is quiet and in about a 15-minute drive you can easily reach the most beautiful beaches, shopping centers and main tourist areas. The only thing that's a little uncomfortable is the difficulty in finding parking in the area, especially in the evening hours. Overall, a pleasant stay and great hospitality!

The house was fantastic, it was really modern, clean and had so many amenities. It had lots of different areas for people to spend time and the pool was great. We really liked the area in a quiet residential street but close to lots of great beaches by car. The only thing I would say is that it probably wouldn’t be my first choice if I had children under 3 as the staircase has some big gaps and all of the bedrooms other than the master face into a courtyard with external type sliding doors, a nice format for adults but not doors that a child could easily open. But a really fantastic house for anyone older than that!

Francesca has been a wonderful host! Always attentive and very willing to explain everything and help us with whatever we needed. The house is even more beautiful than in the photos and was impeccable in terms of cleanliness. We appreciate the amount of details thought to make the holidays perfect: it has all the necessary amenities such as a washing machine, dryer, coffee maker, toaster, vacuum cleaner... and also leaves useful products such as soap, coffee or towels for the pool. We loved staying here. Our friends were just across the path from us in the same Bungalows so worked well for us both. Host was very quick at responding. A small suggestion , the toaster only toasted one side so our beans on toast for breakfast took ages 😂 however we did not mention this to Adama as it was it wasn’t anything that affected our holiday. A short walk to Yumbo, but be prepared for the hill up to it. We enjoyed the walk but it may be worth getting a taxi for just a few euros. Would stay again 👍🏻

Well what a find, it was everything we wanted. Quiet, peaceful, remote. Nowhere near tourists. The house had everything you wanted. We could have stayed longer than our 10 days, and the two very friendly cats kept us entertained. We will be back.

The check in was super friendly, the apartment looked like the pictures. The equipment was extensive and of high quality. We enjoyed spending so much time in the garden.

Stay at Roberto’s apartment, Casa, Aquamarina, was relaxing, comfortable and exciting. He, as a host, is friendly and gave us a lot of helpful tips while we were in Gran Canaria and also before arriving here. He even arranged a baby crib and baby chair for us, which was so helpful. Location wise, the Aquamarina is located near the bus stop, which makes it more easier to connect to other beaches and touristic spots at really economical prices. The apartment looks over the Anfi beach, which is buzzing and serene. This area has got supermarkets which made it easier to cook on all the days we stayed here. All in all, it was memorable, and I would highly recommend Roberto’s Casa for a stay in Gran Canaria.

Excellent accommodation and host. Would most definitely stay again. Great location, close enough for a short walk to all amenities but far enough away for peace and quiet. Very private with a hot tub which was useful when weather was misbehaving and pool is literally outside the back gate and not used by many so was always quiet. Good amenities inside with big screen TV for the odd movie night and everything else you might need. Beds were comfortable with choice of pillows and all rooms were of a good size. Of particular note is the privacy in the garden areas and the covered terrace was perfect for when you needed shade. Lovely place to have your morning coffee. The villa was well kept, clean and modern. Was also back off the main street so was very secure. Our host was great from start to finish. Great communication and very knowledgeable and helpful. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Very good value for money. We look forward to staying again soon.

We had the pleasure to stay for 8 nights. You can find everything that you need, washing machine, toaster, coffee maker, cutlery, plates, hair dryer, iron etc The terrace its lovely and its a big plus because we spent most of our time there. Tony was great, he was very prompt every time we needed something. We recommend it 100% and we will definitely come back again!

Nice little apartment, which is totally sufficient for two people. We lacked nothing, as everything was available. The location and surroundings are totally quiet. It is 10 minutes by car to Maspalomas Beach or Playa de Ingles. Shopping facilities are also in the immediate vicinity. We would definitely visit again!

We had a great stay here! So convenient for the Yumbo centre, you could hop in a quick cab to Maspalomas lighthouse/ the beach. Alex and Jorge were amazing hosts- great communication. Really responsive and accommodating. Thanks so much 🙏🥳!

We've had a great week at this place. As seen in the photos, like many amenities in the area and close to the beach. Communication with Elvira has always been good and smooth. We are very happy to have stayed in this apartment, we would repeat without hesitation.

We really enjoyed our week holiday in this apartment. The host Yurga was very responsive and helpful. The view from the balcony was gorgeous, especially in the evening time for sunset. The furniture on the balcony was comfortable, and the mattress was also very comfortable. The coffee machine was an extra bonus! We would absolutely stay here again 👍🏼

Ideal! Fantastic stay! The apartment is very mono and for two people it has everything, on the TV you have to watch movies and everything is clean. Also the pool is great and they have mats and pool towel. For taking a pega nos missed that there was an extractor hood and the pillows for us were uncomfortable but that goes to the person's liking. Location is fine You have a bar or restaurant nearby and the Aldi is less than 5mins away. It is away from the beach and the center but you have a parking space and with a car you arrive in 5mins. And the communication with Sacha and the girl who received us was great. We would definitely repeat.

Hi We were met at the apartment and shown around and how all the appliances worked. The air conditioning was excellent. The outside balcony gets the evening sun, a great place to relax with a glass of wine of wine after a hard day on the beach. Apartment has numerous bars and restaurants in close proximity. Beach is easily accessible. The 66 bus from the airport passes very close by and is an easy walk with luggage. 10 minute easy walk to Yumbo centre We would have No Problem booking this apartment again Thanks. We had a wonderful 3 weeks stay that absolutely flew by.

Everything was great! Manoj welcomed us very kindly and explained and recommended places on the island. Every morning, he has the courtesy of bringing us bread from his bakery. The apartment was very well located and equipped. We loved it!

Lovely apartment, local restaurants and a spa for groceries, all walking distance. Swimming pools were lovely and quiet, we had a very relaxing break.
