"Else's Stübchen" is a newly created small apartment for a cozy overnight stay. On approx. 20 square meters there is a bathroom with shower and a room with a double bed, closets and a small seating area. A fridge and dishes are included as well as a toaster, a kettle and a Nespresso coffee maker. For your information: There is still a little construction site romance on the rest of the building. Welcome to beautiful Koblenz am Rhein and to our lovingly designed apartment in the Lützel district! The apartment is 94 m² and is located on the 1st floor of a 6-family house without elevator and can be used by 6 people. The old town is a 5-minute walk away and the bus and train can be reached in 2 minutes. Since my mother lives in the neighboring house, there is always a contact person who is also happy to give good tips :-)

Around the apartment you will find various leisure activities. Excursions and attractions are easy to reach.

Our barrier-free apartment is located in Urmitz and directly on the Rhine. The apartment in a quiet location is 70 sqm and has a glass facade facing the Rhine in the living room. Both the living room and bedroom have access to the large terrace. Make yourself comfortable here and enjoy the view. The kitchen is new and offers you everything you need. Coffee is available unlimited.

This light, airy studio apartment is located on the top floor of a large, detached villa and provides delightful views over Boppard and the surrounding hills. The generous space is carefully designed and stylishly presented. It comprises a living and dining room (29.3 m²) with an open kitchen area (3.8 m²), 2 bedrooms (11.5 resp. 18.2 m²) and a bathroom with shower and WC (4.4 m²).

Very nice apartment with terrace

You will stay centrally located in the Mülheim district. In the immediate vicinity, you will find one of the best restaurants in the region, Restaurant Linde. Just 100 meters away is a small but nice bakery. A few steps further is a nice ice cream shop. In a few minutes by bike you can reach the Rhine with great bike paths towards Koblenz or Andernach.
